Stopped in here on Tuesday when they first opened and the staff was extremely friendly. Woman up front was training and did an excellent job. We ate at the buffet, highly recommend, and did not have to wait for refills or for our plates to be taken. They were on it immediately. Service was wonderful, food was delicious, and the atmosphere was nostalgic.

We placed the order while coming home from traveling. Once we got to the store, only 10 minutes after the expected order time, we were told the employee had eaten all of our order. 2 pizzas, wings, and cinnamon rolls. We had to wait another almost half hour for our order to be remade.

The lady that was supposed to be at the counter was outside instead. She didn’t use my gift card I had in hand and told me that she did. Got snippy when I said it had 30 dollars on it. She put some 5 dollar discount on my order but my gift card had enough balance to pay in full. Never returning to this pizza hut.
