We live in Steubenville but drive to this location because it’s much better than the one in wintersville. The pizza is always hot, fresh and delicious. Ohio is tax free on food but I’ll gladly pay the extra for tax and drive the few extra miles for better quality food.

So I had ordered just a personal pan pizza and wings along with a 20oz pop. It said ready in 14 mins I leave the house about the time its done (only 5 min drive) pull up to the window and told them I was picking up, the worker said nothing just closed the window and walked away. After waiting 20 mins and seeing customers coming in and being taken care of I finally drive away and park. I go in and I can SEE MY FOOD SITTING THERE AND NO WORKER IN SIGHT!?!! I finally was waited on after 45 mins my pizza is ice cold now and my wings arent much warmer. Cashiers barely said a word to me during the whole interaction no apologies or anything they were too busy arguing over whose fault it was that I had been waiting.
Mind you I was also needing to take my blood sugar meds and need to eat before taking it so I was already not feeling the best to deal with that. Don’t normally leave reviews but almost an hour for such a small order is completely out of hand and unprofessional

We went in to have dinner – about 8pm. The place was empty. One server was cleaning a table and told us to sit wherever we wanted. She came right back with menus, plates, and utensils. Took our drink order and brought them out right away. Told us about the deals they had going, took our food order and we had our large pan pizza within about 10-15 minutes.
Their pan pizza crust is – in my humble opinion – AWESOME! It’s light and flaky and just a bit crunchy.
My only complaint is that they only offer plastic utensils.
For fast food pizza it is very good!

Just got off a long flight and was looking for pizza. Fast service but the Pizza needed to be in the oven a few more minutes. Cheese was not melted and dough was limp. The wings were spot on good. That would be my go to if I go back.

When I got there to pickup my order they said they only had 2 personal pans left and didn’t think to call me and tell me and maybe let me change the order. Also, I ordered a large meat lovers pizza with no sausage and no pork, and it was supposed to have steak pieces. There was no steak pieces and it was covered in sausage and pork.

We order from them last night. The pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way it was still doughy. The wings didn’t even taste good they looked like it was soup when I opened the container. Where so post to have cheese stixs they where out of them. Never ordering there again!!

The last pizza I got had so much sausage it ruined the pizza. I called and was told I could get a replacement pizza. I call today to be offered $10 off a pizza….that is not a replacement. So you lost a loyal customer over $2.99. Way to do business!

Well upon delivery it was the most disgusting “food?” I ever bit into, and I was drunk. Then the next day after wallowing in alcoholism at 7am., I heated up a stainless still skillet, gave a light coating of olive oil, and let it crisp up. At that point, the pizza became delicious.
Please Pizza Hut teach your people how to cook. Pizza Hut use to be the best, especially after Big Red games at Harding Stadium. Ah….the memories.

Ordered dinner box 2 pizzas a bread stick a pasta and I added 2 cheesy bread sticks, I received 1 bread stick 1cheesy bread stick and 1 pizza. The pizza they sent i took a picture of and you can tell they didn’t even put the sauce on correctly. They did bring me the missing part of my order quickly so I gave them 2 stars.
