I would give zero stars if I could. Every time I order from this Pizza Hut, my order gets lost. I end up waiting 2 to 3 hours to cancel an order that’s only supposed to take 30 minutes. Every single person that works at this Pizza Hut is completely ignorant and rude. I had to call three times within two hours checking on my pizza to be told It was on the way until the last call when I was told they lost my order and can’t deliver it to my address. I placed my order on the phone through the store so there is no excuses.

Jason is the best employee I’ve ever delt with at Pizza Hut! He is very professional and courteous! Always calls me by name and has a smile and kind words every time I go in there! The food was good, they have great deals!

My pizza looked like it was burnt and a day old. But I tasted it anyway. It was actually a very good tasting pizza. So I kept it and did not complain. But as you see 3 stars is all I can give considering it was expensive the options for tips were high and I don’t live 5 miles away and have to wait an hour or more.

For the second week in a row my Friday night pizza has taken 2+ hours to arrive at its destination only 3 miles away. The store did not answer the phone after 5 attempts and I was forced to drive to the location and ask for my pizza personally. Wil not recommend to anyone.
