I used to really like the big box dinners but the new deals arent bad. The pizza we ordered this last time was really thin and all the sauce was at the crust. Its not horrible just not as great as they used to be. Also a little aggrivating how if u order online, pay for it, then go pick it up, before you can leave it’ll ask you for a tip.

I ordered food off the website I live in Wisconsin somehow my order ended up in wv! I called to cancel order rudeness service ever! I spent 38.$ the manager hung up on me won’t take my call when I asked for a refund they went ahead and delivered the food to somebody there knowing it was a mess up an when they did that said I couldn’t get my money back! I did what I had to as a customer! The manager here at this location on 3rd street needs training an maybe to be demoted for being a basic jerk trying to scam people with the help of the door dash driver I have messages from the dasher it’s crazy waiting in a call from corporate an this store thinks it’s over no if I do not hear from them that 49$ is gonna cost them a lot more than that! I will make sure they understand this isn’t acceptable on any level! Even if it means court!!! All you had to do was act decent and give my money back scammers !!!! I will post a review on every place I can to warn people away from these horrible people they have running thier stores!!! Scammers at 3rd street in Huntington wv!!!!! Manager involved there is no way to get ahold of the owner because they blocked my number! They aren’t trying to give my money back sadly or they would respond to the email sent nice try to clean it up I will see you in court period!!! You can pay me triple back now!!!!

Ordered a “Big New Yorker”, picked it up roughly five minutes after it was marked as ‘ready’. Pizza was as flat as the cardboard box it came in, entirely over seasoned, and rock hard. I ate it regardless, wasn’t good, but it was sustenance at best.

I’m a door dasher and have yet to get an order within 15 after pickup time. That affects our ratings from the customer along with tips, which is where most of door dashers money comes from. I understand some days things happen to cause this, but this is every single time. And every time as soon as you walk in they ask for the name and then say “it’s coming out of the over now” which translates into you might have your order in the next 20 mins. I like Pizza Hut pizza but suggest to try and avoid the store at 1540 3rd ave Huntington, Wv if possible. You would also think they would be nicer considering they are causing a negative domino effect but the short, heavy set girl that works there seems like all day every day couldn’t care any less about customer service, having products ready even close to on time, or the fact she is inconveniencing us and the customer. Hands down absolute worst place ever.

I was just passing though and I talked to a worker outside by the name of Matthew. He was so nice and asked me if me and my family have ever had a good pizza before. I told him that I work a lot and me and my family don’t go out much. He told me to please come by and and enjoy myself and relax while he personality would cook the best pizza I’ve ever had. He was 9/9 correct and 10/10 on being charismatic and respectful

The atmosphere was a little hectic and it was almost closing time. Yet the food was great and the cook aka server was very helpful and kind even though she was working alone tonight. Her manager was there though tonight the girl had control of the whole store with her manager wat thing her finish her shift after others had called off or not shown up fir work it was worth the wait for my order for I got there early to see the team work even if only one player showed up the coach right there to join in if needed..

Crust is flavorless, sauce is bland. Go back to the recipes that were used 30-35 years ago. Definitely not going back! The people working there were the best!

Horrible service one guy putting everything together 45 min wait was his second day working others in back wasnt trained what a mess couple b4 me waited over an hour for 2 pizzas and bread sticks . Never going here again .
