I ordered online and somehow I added fire roasted peppers to one of my pizzas. I thought it was a mistake on their part. Also the crust on the other pizza was thin crust instead of hand tossed. Michelle answered when I called and was very professional, helpful and nice. She helped gave me a credit for $20. Because I couldn’t get back to draft at the time to get it. Great customer service. Thank you

ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE!! I ordered and picked up but only recoeved half of my order. Upon telling the worker he screwed up he then got angry and began slamming stuff. The other worker was just as bad. They shouldnt be running any sort of establishment. They were as unprofessional as it gets. Just plain rude. They will successfully run this business in the ground! There are so many better options for pizza in draft besides here!

Pizza Hut now has these Melts for $6.99 and they are delicious. We have tried the Buffalo Chicken and Meat Lovers and they are so yummy!! Are local Pizza Huts are delivery or carry out. We do have one location that has seating. A great spot for the upcoming Super Bowl.

The staff was nice. I was greeted as soon as I came in. Its been a long time since I have been to this location. I am happy my local Pizza Hut seems to be turning around for the best. Thank you Pizza Hut!

Ordered a small pizza on the website, which listed the size as having 8 slices. Was given what is pictures, which is only slightly bigger than a personal pizza! I was expecting an actual pizza, not a snack. Was also disappointed with the scarce toppings. There were just a few tiny slices of green pepper, even though I ordered a “regular” amount. Additionally, I ordered a garlic crust, but was given a plain crust.
As for service, a sign on the door requires a mask to enter, but I saw no employees, including the one at the register, wearing a mask. Overall, a disappointing experience. I do not plan on ordering from here again.

I ordered at Draft Pizza Hut to get curbside service. One thing that help me being elderly and handicapped was this enhanced service right during Covid. It allows me to place a pick up order much easier. I thank the lady that brought my order out to me even though Corporate Pizza Hut discontinued the perk?

Whoever the manager is should be here on a Friday night when it’s busy. The guy working behind the counter isn’t speaking to people. He’s giving away orders to the wrong people. One gentleman and his son had it happen to them and waited over an hour for a pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks. I ordered online. The app said it was ready. I’ve been here for over 20 minutes and still haven’t gotten my pizza. The guy behind the counter hasn’t said a word but seems very disgruntled with everyone. I’m standing beside another man picking up an order for someone who has been here for 30+ minutes. I watched another man come in for a pizza, just a pizza. The guy behind the counter said, “Must have given it to someone else.” He grabbed a pizza with wings and said just take this one. The customer tried to pay, but the worker said, no. He told the man to just take it since his order wasn’t in the system.
I thought the new management had improved this place. The pizza is better than it was a year ago, but the service is absolutely terrible. Whoever the manager is should watch the cameras to see what’s going on because he is losing money tonight.
Update: After waiting 30 minutes, I finally got my pizza. This was after the 20 minutes when the app said it was ready, so almost an hour.

I’ve been to a couple Pizza Huts, this one has great service. Food was ready promptly at the time I ordered it, I got there a minute early and watched them slice and package my pizza. I’m not a big Pizza Hut eater, but their Big New Yorker is an exception, and I’m glad they brought it back for Feb. 2023. I will probably have 1-2 more before the special runs out, it’s exceptional. I have not tried the wings and pasta at this location, but the service is good anyways. Enjoy!

Placed an order through their app but since the manager “overslept” and didn’t open the store doordash canceled my order because that’s how they deliver their pizza apparently. But since I ordered through the pizza hut app, doordash can’t issues a refund or credits.
