Pho Than, located inside City Farmers Market, served an excellent Pho Bo lunch. The broth was rich and flavorful without feeling heavy, and the portion size was generous. There was a good balance of noodles and tender beef. The side toppings were fresh and included culantro, bean sprouts, Thai basil, and a lime wedge. Overall, it was a delicious meal and an easy spot to return to for another bowl. You don’t go for the ambiance – go for the pho!

This Vietnamese restaurant is an absolute gem. The standout dish for me was the Bún Bò Huế because the broth was incredibly rich, deep, and full of layered flavor, with the perfect balance of savory, spicy, and aromatic notes. You can tell it’s been simmered with care, because every spoonful tastes bold and comforting without being overwhelming. The noodles were tender, the meat was flavorful, and everything came together beautifully. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food with a broth that truly shines, this place is a must-visit for sure. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came here for a light breakfast that’s both savory and sweet. I ordered dry soy sauce seafood noodle called Hu Tieu and my bf ordered bun thit nuong. Both dishes were well made, and we’d argue that our dishes are better than the other. My noodle dish came with a comforting pork broth that complimented the slight saltiness of the Hu Tieu soy sauce. Highly recommend this place for its service and atmosphere. Caught me saving a few Vietnamese songs to my playlist

The food here was pretty good. I liked their appetizer options compared to other places. For me, the biggest turn off was just the atmosphere. It did not seem the cleanest. Don’t get me wrong—it wasn’t filthy or anything of that sort, but they didn’t seem intentional in cleaning between guests (lots of little trash on the floor, sauce on the walls in our booth). Seeing those things made me a little uncomfortable while I ate and ultimately make me not want to come back.
The employees were kind, but customer service was just okay.

Thank you for the amazing food! I couldn’t handle the “mắm nêm,” so the owner gave me other dipping sauce, “xì dầu” but at a different level

They people who gave good review must haven’t had authentic Vietnamese food. We dined there and order Hu Tieu Kho, with Pho, and bot Chien.
The Hu Tieu was off. They didn’t put oil in the noodle, which caused the noodle to be chunky and clumpped up. I could separate the noodle myself, but that wasn’t what good restaurants do.
The pho broth was way off. Not too bad, but also not authentic Vietnamese.
The bot chen was too well done. The bot should be crispy, but the egg should be medium. They must have putted the egg in too soon and leave it on. The taste from the bot tells me they left this bot in the cooler for a bit, so when they cook the bot requires alot more time. Fresh bot tastes so much better, but in fairness I haven’t found anywhere in Atlanta who can do that. What it takes to make and cook bot chien fresh is extremely cost-prohibitied. A restaurant got to be selling bot chien constantly for it to make sense for them to make fresh.
The salty coffee was off. They had a banner from ca phe chu Long, but the coffee came way way saltier than expected. If they made the coffee from french press, the salt should be added into the ground coffee before they pour, not the liquid.
I still give 5 stars because services were done with a lot of love and effort. They even gave me free egg roll because they messed up my order and had to redo.
