Order two items large pizza and a new item flatz left instructions under carport instead they deliver to wrong house and only gave half the order when I called server who answered the phone when I asked if it’s going to be the one sitting there getting cold and funky or new one she replies don’t you have an oven like really instead of saying I’m sorry let me see what I can do for you. Asked for manager Lincoln she said can get refunded or new one I chose the refund to avoid them tampering with my food. The level of service has gone down hill in a bad way. I will reach out to owner and corporate. Poor service and pizza we did get was terrible

I orders a super supreme pizza and when it was delivered it was still doughy and the veggies were raw I asked the waitress about it who said she would have to get the cook the cook came to my table after 5 maybe 7 minutes with an attitude I asked her about it to which she says I wasn’t being charged for it I asked could she take it and Cook it longer to which she said she could but would have to charge me for it I explained I had already been there waiting for 45 minutes she didn’t even care she never apologized for their mistakes when i went to pay the bill the same cook was there to take payment she was rude and yelled the total at me when I asked her for the ticket she got even more rude to which my sister tells her she didn’t have to be so rude that is when she started yelling at us to get out of the store this lady claimed to be a cook a manager all while wearing skull skin tight leggings and no Pizza Hut uniform or attire at all at one point she even stated she wasn’t even on the clock I was calm And never yelled at this lady once I would request of Pizza Hut wants more business to get rid of this lady!

Disappointed with the service at this location. I called at around 1:15pm to enquire about the buffet prices and what’s included. The price and what was included sounded great, so we headed over. My husband and I were passing through VA on our way to SC and looking for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was a 15 mile drive and when we arrived they informed us that the buffet is closed. They literally put up the closed sign as we were asking. It wouldn’t have been as frustrating if they had mentioned it was closing soon when I had called just 15 minutes earlier. If I had known I would have put an order in ahead of time. We ended up dining in and were also disappointed with the quality of the food. The boneless wings we ordered weren’t fully tossed in the sauce and we were just expecting more. The veggie lovers pizza was good though. Please find a way to include the buffet times on the internet!

Absolutely terrible hateful customer service. All I wanted to do was check if I was in the delivery area. I moved away and came back and didn’t recall ever having delivery. First woman was fine she put me on a short wait for what I assume was the manager. I calmly stated I wanted to check if I was in their delivery area and every single sentence from her mouth was smart and sassy. The huff and puff between words just to find out I did order at some point, she once again smartly told me I was in their system. I said oh well I didn’t remember ever having order. But I don’t have my order ready so I’ll call back with an order. I guess she thought I straight hung up as she left me with one more smart attitude full remark. I’ll drive to Dominos instead thanks.

So much better than it has been. First time in four years that I haven’t gotten food poisoning. Things are kept at the appropriate temperature, it was all cooked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The new manager is doing good things!

I’m usually a pizza hut hater, but they changed the game tonight. Got their pasta with breadsticks—not a crumb left. Also, they got it here suspiciously fast. Perhaps they know about time travel and we don’t. Will definitely get again soon!

Came here on our trip from central New Jersey to Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
The service was very great. Server always wanted to make sure we were properly served. Everything was good. Server was very nice.
The pizza and breadsticks were amazing.
This pizza hut still had a buffet type of area, which is something that we missed coming from NJ and was a good thing to see.
