I am incredibly unhappy with the lack of service received at the Lebanon VA location. Tried to take my father here for Father Day and they refused to serve us. I asked if the establishment was open for business and they said they were. They had a SINGLE family seated in the dining room. I asked why they could be served and not us and they said they were short staffed. I asked if could you not just tell us it would take longer. The “manager” said, “I’m running the place the way I was told.” After taking a picture of the mostly empty dining room I was then threatened that they would press charges. Absolutely the worst experience at a restaurant of my entire life. I’d tell you not to go there but they won’t serve you so it would not do anything.

I ordered there today August 31,2025 my order was over $200 and I drove 30 minutes to pick it up and 30 minutes back home and found out that I was missing one of the pizzas and I called them and the gentleman that answered the phone I told him what happened and that it’s a 30 minute drive and I didn’t want to drive back to pick it up and all he said was thank you not let us make it up by the next time you’re in we’ll give you a pizza to make up for my inconvenience. Came to Lebanon for a Car show and bonfire, we ordered abunch of food yesterday and when we came to pick up the team was rocking it. Seemed a little shortstaffed for a Saturday but the guy at the drive thru was nice and frendly and the lady that handed me my food was also nice. Pizza was really good too!
