My husband and I ordered dinner last night and I should have know better. We have eaten at this pizza hut before and its always less than stellar but normally the food is over done. Last night only two of our items were cooked completely. We order a large pizza, wings, double order of bread sticks, personal pan pizza, and cinnamon rolls. Im pregnant and was REALLY looking forward to the crunch of the personal pan pizza and the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls afterwards. First it was supposed to have been done in 15 minutes, my husband walked inside after that. He was told the pizzas had just been put in the oven but everything else was “done.” He waited another 15 minutes for all the food to be done. We opened the boxes as we were heading back home to find the inside of the bread sticks were still doughy, the outside was dry from sitting out while the pizzas cooked, and the seasoning was all lumped in the middle. The personal pan pizza was not cooked all the way through and was even cooked in an aluminum pie pan that they served it to us in, so it was not crunchy like it supposed to be. The cinnamon rolls looked like someone put them in the oven just long enough for the cinnamon to get warm because they were still raw in the middle and sides, with the icing just dumped carelessly. The only things that were remotely cooked all the was the large pizza and the wings. This is ridiculous and we will definitely not be eating at this pizza hut again.

Placed order online (I live 20min away) got an email at 734pm my order was ready got there at 803 wasn’t done. Watched a young man making pizza and his dreads were brushing across the hand tossed dough!! One boy was “skating” around on the cart and another boy had the audacity to approach my husband in the face and asked what you say when he he asked the only helpful girl what was going on and why the two boys were looking like zombies (they’re high I know for fact) we paid an extra $2.65 for EXTRA CHEESE and there is no extra! I will drive the extra time and miles and go to Dinwiddie or another store all together! Honestly the health dept should go up there cause this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues or have seen some messy things but 2 times is more than enough to validate

Every time I come here, I get messed up food. Staff including manager use their cell phones while making your food and it’s unsanitary. Kitchen area does not look clean. Wait times are outrageous. Better off going to a local pizza place in Blackstone other than here, because the quality of the food and customer service is not acceptable.

The food is definitely hot and fresh. My only complaint is that out of 3 employees only 1 was doing the work. The young lady was waiting on the customers, answering the phones and preparing the orders. The other 2 employees were in the back playing around and on their phones.

The pizza here is typical Pizza Hut, however the customer service I received today was exceptional. The young woman working the counter, (Diamond), saw me struggling with my cane and mobility issues and offered to help me. She carried my pizzas out, opened the door for me, and placed my pizzas in my truck for me.
It’s nice to see people go over and above to help.others.

Pizza had a piece ripped of the edge, was hard and crispy like a cracker, way over cooked, edges were burnt. This is the 2nd time in a month, all done with them.They give no refunds

This is the worst pizza hut I’ve ever been to. They mess up every order I have put in. Went in the other day after ordering 2 medium pizzas and instead of calling me when they realized they were out of the toppings they changed my whole order and thought I was going to pay for it. Then the guy at the counter was making extremely rude comments about the Spanish customer that was in front of me because he couldn’t understand what he was saying. About a month ago I ordered delivery and I live about 6 minutes from this location and it took an hour and 45 mins for my pizza to get to my house

Ordered in the app, pizza was 15 minutes late past the ready time stated in the app. Printed my receipt out shortly after I arrived but 14 minutes later getting order. Pizza well overcooked. Employees barely spoke, only asked if I wanted a receipt. Never greeted me or ask if they could help me. Seemed like about 85* in the restaurant. Handed me my order, never said a word.

We are from another state and the automated system kept transferring us to a different state. We finally made an order and the manager called me as soon as it was placed and told me that they couldn’t make it because of how close to closing it was. Then she spoke to her staff and the all came together to help us get our order. She went above and beyond to deliver our pizza at the gate even though they all wanted to go home. She truly shows that she care for her costumer and staff by asking their opinion. They had a really good team, and the pizza was wonderful. Every other place near by said they were not taking orders. I really appreciate the managers hard work and dedication! Thank you ms Davita Jones!
