Everyone knows Pizza Huts are closing, so I wanted some nostalgia food. The lobby is ancient and the old tv order countdown is long gone. Most important, the food was fantastic. Will be back soon. Definitely that nostalgic feel of old school Pizza Hut. Great job.

We ordered boneless wings because thats what I like and this is what we received. It is supposed to bed 8 boneless wings and we received about 20 SMALL pieces that I would call popcorn chicken. The second picture is a normal boneless wing versus what I received. Good thing my husband ordered two of the same wings.

I’ve placed plenty order before here no issues until I placed one over 80$ to pay in store they told me they couldn’t make my order until I pay what’s the point of it saying pay in store if the order has a limit for pay with cash then the second time I did a order 50$ they called saying this time the limit was 50$ instead of 80 I just got off work came to pick it up to them to say it hasn’t been made and would have to wait another 20 mins after I been at work since 4am this is very unacceptable if it’s a limit it should say that when placing my order in the app do better

Well I haven’t had Pizza Hut in 15 years. I decided to go down to this location get me three pizzas. Pizza Hut has this phrase and still has the phrase (NO ONE OUT PIZZA THE HUT ) Well everyone can now!!! Even Little Caesars an their Sponge pizza. The pan pizza is now thin crust The Taste is unusual, tastes cheap. They don’t ever have to worry about me buying their pizza again. After 15 years their Pizza has changed like this world for the Worst!

I have not ordered from pizza hut in years so I thought I would order dinner tonight. What a mistake. It took over an hour to receive it, the pizza, the chicken and the bread sticks was cold and I did not receive the drink. When I called they said they would send it. I called back and they said it was refunded. So when I said so I ordered dinner it was cold and I am not receiving my drink. Really.There was a reason for me ordering what I ordered. Now it will take an hour + to get the drink( unless they have changed to credit it again) that goes with the dinner. I dont see me ordering from here again. The boneless chicken was good the rest was o.k.

UNPROFESSIONAL AS HELL
There was an incident around 1050am on January 31, 2026 with my fiancé and a black woman maybe in her 50s (she have locs or something in her hair, maybe a stud? Because she looks masculine) anyway, she was extremely rude to my fiancé.
She expressed how she had to work yesterday and today & basically wasn’t for it.
Okay… AND?! Everybody works every damn day.
I really don’t appreciate it one bit and would like something to be done about this situation.
This this is not the first time she has had an attitude but my fiancé let it go the previous time.
We visit this location often, because my kids love pizza that barely be good anyway ♀️
I WILL be visiting a different location moving forward.
SMH, DO BETTER.

It literally takes 30 to 60 minutes wait time whenever I have an order to pick up. They’re not very friendly either. There are no chairs for anyone to sit down while waiting. I don’t want to blame the employees…maybe they’re just short staffed? That’s an extremely popular place, always very busy so I think they need more people working to keep up with orders. It doesn’t matter what day or time of day either. Im always penalized for being late when I have a delivery from there because they’re always late.

Ordered online for a scheduled delivery. They ended up making my order immediately and I got the notification that it was getting ready for delivery. I called to explain it was too early. The girl on the phone said it didn’t show on her side that it was scheduled. I told them there’s nothing I can do about their system but it was too early. She put me on hold abruptly. Came back and told me her manager said they would cancel my order and remake it later but it won’t be delivered at twelve cause they are too busy at 12. When I started asking question like who would deliver it and if it’s canceled is it going to be re ordered in the system she just put me on hold again in the middle of my sentence. Now I’m going to have to go in store to deal with this. Such a terrible manager that she can’t take over the phone call when there’s a situation that the person who answered the phone can’t handle on her own.

I placed an online order and my toppings were absolutely incorrect. I checked the receipt and it said exactly what I asked for; however, a lot of the toppings were different. I really wanted what I ordered and paid for. It’s not rocket science

Not my first time coming here since it’s the only Pizza Hut in town. The food is always correct, hot , and on time in terms of ordering it and picking it up. Staff is cool but because the store is small, and it’s the only location it’s often crowded.
