My order took over an hour to be delivered, the pizza box was crushed on top (cheese stuck to lid), didn’t have Mountain Dew that I paid for so offered me Diet Pepsi (what??), didn’t give me the ranch dip that I paid for and the mild wings were actually the spicy wings and too hot for me to eat/enjoy. Very disappointed.

I’d like to start by saying that some of the employees here are wonderful. That being said, there were quite a few times where there were mistakes in our order, so we just moved on over to ordering from another place. The one star, and I’m sad to give it because like I said, the employees are decent, is mainly because of the manager. I personally didn’t have a bad experience with her but the last time I did visit she was cussing like a sailor the whole time I was waiting for my food. I felt bad for the employees as they looked uncomfortable and the other customer that was in the store with me was shocked at the language- she commented to the employee who rang her up if that was the manager and they said yes. Anywho, maybe upper management should look into this manager because language like that makes for a hostile work environment.

I haven’t had Pizza hut in a very long time because there are so many new options to choose from now. I ordered the box with cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks and the food feels like it came in 15 min from the time I ordered. All the food was fresh out the oven. Thank you pizza Hut

This store not only has timely, delicious food…it has an employee that deserves recognition. I wish I knew her name. When I walked in she greeted me with warmness and a smile. She treated me like I was the reason for her work not an interruption of her work. More public service workers need to be like her. She was such a blessing to me today, just her smile changed my whole day. I will go back to that store again even though I don’t live in that area, just because of her!

The absolute worst place to order from. Workers disrespectful. Paid $13.00 for 3 orders of fries and only got a hand full. Not my first time ordering from place since I live close by. But this will be my last.

This place is consistently slow. Add 2 hours to your delivery time because they will be late and the food will be cold. I understand places are short staffed but it would be nice if they were a little up front about their order lead times. The delivery driver was really nice about it and hey, it isn’t his fault he was the only driver that night.
