First time ordering from this pizza hut. And all 3 of my pizzas were burnt! On Christmas Eve too. I understand that it gets busy, however you still need to have quality control. Paid almost $40 for most of our food to go in the trash can. Update: just got a call from the manager and was offered 3 free pizzas. Will be ordering from them again. Thank you

I placed an order for delivery and a hour later I called to see why my order was still saying being prepared. They said the driver just got there and my food was in the warmer box. When I got my food it was cold and nasty. My order and tip came up to $50.. $50 for some cold nasty food

The staff called to tell me they were out of ingredients and all. They were super friendly when I went in. I didn’t know where the other entrance to Fort Eustis was until I came here either, so it was a good Pizza Hut experience for me And my pizza had JUST come out of the oven! Nothing to complain about, thanks for the great customer service guys.

The manager hung up on me.
I asked about their policy of sending drivers on orders that cannot have access to a military base. Papa John’s and Domino’s do not have this issue.
She did refund me the delivery fee, but then immediately hung up on me as I was speaking.

ordered a stuffed crust on line with boneless wings .. sent a pan pizza instead. None of sauces came with wings.. Never reached out to contact me .. when we spoke to the woman working i was told she didnt have time to contact me so she purposely sent the wrong pizza .. then was rude on the phone after i asked for a refund .. kids was looking forward to the stuff crust .. we could of atleast got a phone call so we could of choosen ourselves if we wanted a pan pizza..

I did a delivery order online over $50 worth when I check the app. It stated I would have my delivery by 7:42 PM but it stated it was prepping. It was now 7:50 PM. I’ve called the store three times talked to one guy, twice. He said the delivery was on the way and the app sometimes messes up. Second time he put me on hold to call the driver and then we got disconnected. I called back a third time spoke to a female. She told me that she would get a supervisor on the phone and then eventually she came back and said nobody was answering the phone there. I went up there. The customer service was unacceptable and employee cussing about somebody else that he works with. The manager, refund my money And just apologized and then I asked for a receipt and she said the general manager has to print that up and won’t be there till the next day. I used to love Pizza Hut, but after this never again. I had to give a one star just to write this complaint. It should be zero stars
