I ordered a large chicken, diced tomatoes, and extra cheese pizza for lunch. It was the fastest delivery ever! At noon! The driver wouldn’t even accept a tip from me! What is the world coming to? Unbelievable! The only thing that would make it better is if they would put more of that garlic oil that I love into the crust.

Usually great but maybe it’s because we order delivery and tip well, and this was a pickup order instead. They got the toppings for our pizzas mixed up, meaning I had to trash my entire pizza. The 4-cheese dip had standing oil on top of it, so we didn’t bother eating that either. We’re switching to Marco’s for a while.

The pizza and the service is good and the website is user friendly . They also have great deals. The only problem we had is that the oven baked dip is absolutely not worth buying. I’ll post a picture below so you can see for yourself. There’s barely any dip inside of the container but other than that everything was great and we’d still order from this place again.

I was happy with 3 out of my last 5 pizzas. So you get 3 out for five stars. I also don’t like the fact that I can no longer order double cheese on the app. The only option I get is extra and you can’t even tell that they add extra. I’ve ordered a ton of pizza from this location but I can’t even get a pizza with double cheese anymore. I don’t know if the app gives different options based on the location or not. I will no longer order a pizza with extra cheese that I don’t believe you put on there anyway.

I’ve ordered from them for decades. My opinion of the experience has declined considerably since phone ordering has been outsourced. When they figure out it’s causing a decline in business I hope they’ll let us all know when they go back to doing it the right way so I can start ordering again. Overseas call centers reading scripts with no local knowledge or decision making authority do not equate to good customer service. I’ve now canceled orders twice out of frustration dealing with them.
