I walked in to ask about hiring and maybe get some food, and the lady rudely asked if she could help me without coming to help. I asked some questions and she said she was the manager but refused to give me a name or any more service. I asked if anyone else was in the store to which she said no, and when I went outside a car with the license plate “valerie” was Parked across the disabled parking spot and lines. Seems like an incredible unprofessional manager if she even is one.

I ordered delivery and it was over 2 hours late. Unfortunately i could not leave work and I couldn’t get a hold of the restraunt. Once it arrived- I opened the box and it had hair in my pizza. It was also the wrong pizza crust. I really tried to be patient and even tipped 50% after it was very late but the response I got about the issue was very , sorry we are doing the best we can attitude.

In town for the weekend and my 5 year old son wanted pizza. The Dominoes was 2 miles from the hotel. We always order from Dominies in Tn and was used to good service . Ordered from this location via the App and waited 90 minutes before heading over to get our 2 cheese pizzas. Once we got there we were told our order hadn’t been started and it would be 2 hours. That’s completely ridiculous. The man was nice enough to cancel the order so we could go elsewhere. So unless you have 2 hours to wait for a pizza I’d suggest going elsewhere.

This is still my all-time favorite pizza. I can’t get enough of it. I ordered the parmesan stuffed crust pizza with shredded provolone cheese and Italian sausage. There is so much flavor, it is unbelievable. The cheese is more than enough for me without having to cheeze-it-up. The cheese inside the crust is so perfect. It’s so smooth and tasty.

They did a great job on our pizza, cheesy bread, and bread bites. The service was very fast – two medium pizzas and our breads were done in 15 minutes, during the 5pm “everyone picking up something on the way home” rush. The gentleman at the drive through was warm and courteous.

Dominoes in Northport on 82 pawned off a burnt pepperoni pizza that they doctored up with a couple more toppings and told it to me. I have never in 71 years got a pizza like that in my life! Paper thin and ingredients wrong and the large was medium size. Dominoes you are trying to to go out of business mane!!!!

I ordered a pizza to my apartment complex that I’ve had dozens of pizzas delivered to and I set my phone down for a while. After a bit of time past my pizza hadn’t been delivered so I pick up my phone and notice some misses calls from what I assume is the delivery driver. I call the number back and no answer. I call the store and the “manager” picks up the phone and tells me since I didn’t answer the phone that I don’t get my pizza. I would have never expected a driver to not be able to find my place because like I said I have had dozens of pizzas delivered to this address. He tells me that I should have answered the phone and that he is canceling my order and hangs up on me. He also lied to me in some kind of attempt to make it my fault by telling me my address was entered wrong. Which it was not because I checked the confirmation email right after he told me that.
I drove to the store to get my pizza and the guy refused to give me my pizza because he canceled the order and would not let me order another. The guy argues with me for about 5 minutes until he finally agrees to make a pizza and I ended up paying more than I would have if I wanted to do store pick up. (I normally do the 7.99 carry out deal if I pick up)
The guy was extremely rude and probably single handed the worst display of customer service I’ve ever been apart of.
I would have been perfectly fine with him telling me yes we couldn’t get in contact with you and couldn’t find your address but we can get a pizza on the next truck that leaves and it can be there whenever it gets there. That would have been 100% fine and really all I was looking to happen when I called but this employee made it way harder on everyone than it needed to be. I will never be back to this store.

They won’t deliver to my through the app sucks I have to pick it up if your app initially tells me 42 minutes for my pizza to be done I expect it at the time it’s promised. I waited an hour and half almost from the time of order to get my food after showing up at the store at the 50 minute mark just to see what the deal is. The food was hot and fresh but your app needs more transparency and customer service through the app sucks

We ordered somewhere before 10. The tracker said it was getting a quality check at 10:15. I called at 11:00 to see where this pizza was and after calling four times trying to get past the computer asking if I WANTED PICK UP OR DELIVERY I finally got past that to “let me get someone who can help you” I stayed on hold for over 8 minutes! The Skyland store answered but REFUSED TO HELP US get someone on the phone! AT 11:15 The app said JACOB IS PULLING IN ..but he didn’t… he just drove right on by! My friend finally waved him down! When I said THAT PIZZA CAME OUT of the oven A FULL HOUR AGO, Jacob’s reply… THOSE APPS ARE NOT ACCURATE! I have been ordering from Domino’s for years and have always used the tracker and found it to be quite accurate! So not only can Jacob not follow simple GPS directions, he also has a problem telling the truth! There are too many pizza places to ever deal with Domino’s again!
