We ordered 2 pizzas tonight and I have to say from the second I took a bite of the piping hot pizza, I was taken aback, it literally was the best pizza I have had in 2 years!! I was so pleastly surprised. This is now my go to for fresh hot pizza that tastes amazing!! Great job guys, keep up the great work! 5 stars hands down!!

Was just hung up on by the store manager. Called to request a refund for a $70 order that was over two hours late. When I asked the store manager to tell me his name, he exclaimed he didn’t have to give me anything. He was very short-fused with very rude behavior. I asked him not to disrespect me and he promptly hung up.
Will NOT order from this store in the future. Way too many choices to go somewhere and support their business for such poor, distasteful customer service and professionalism.
Filing a complaint with the corporate office as well. Order placed at 5:45 pm. Called at 7:29 pm. Hung up on at 7:50 pm. No food at 8:03 pm.
Oh forgot this … before hanging up on me, the store manager (Pizza Hut, E. Little Creek Rd., Norfolk, VA 23518) said the order was picked up by Door Dash and was more than likely stolen. I thought that was a quick assumption, and I’d like to point out that I was already told by a Pizza Hut employee that the order was canceled because it was for pick up. Hard to try and reconcile the two. Just a very poor overall experience.

The hours on this listing are correct. The sign on the door needs to be updated. Food is good, standard Pizza Hut. Atmosphere is sparse, it’s a grab and go location. Service is direct and polite.

I don’t leave reviews, but I am so incredibly frustrated. We made an order on the app at 5:45pm and were notified it would be delivered through doordash. We finally decided to call the store at 7:30pm after receiving no updates or food. The first person we spoke to was kind and patient, unfortunately we did not get their name. We informed them we had been waiting almost 2 hours, and they informed us that the order was put as carry out, we were extremely confused. The worker told us they would resubmit the order and it would be received in 25-30 minutes. A bit frustrated from already waiting, we asked if we could receive some type of coupon for compensation. They transferred us to a call center. The call center worker, Alex, was also very patient. He said they could not offer us anything on his end, so he said he would call the store on our behalf. After waiting a few minutes, a new person had answered the call. We were confused and asked if they were Alex, they refused to answer and just asked what we needed. They said that it was “their store”. They then told us that the dasher more than likely stole the order, which we responded that the order said it was cancelled and the store manager(?) immediately got upset and said we were talking over them. We tried to explain we weren’t talking over them, just trying to clarify and they said something along the lines of “if you don’t let me talk your not getting anything”. We were not angry, yelling or even condescending to be met with the attitude of the person on the phone. We asked for their name and they refused to give it to us, telling us they “just refunded the order” and opting to hang up abruptly instead of trying to resolve the issue. Working in customer service, I understand it’s not fun dealing with unhappy customers, but to completely disrespect someone who spent $70 on food and waited 2 hours, it was completely uncalled for. I do believe we received a refund, and we are not upset with anyone else we spoke to. We love Pizza Hut? and we usually have issues with this store and their time frame, but this is the second time we’ve been met with an angry manger. From what it seems, this store definitely just needs a change in management. I’ve spoken to customer support and will hopefully hear back that something will be done with the person in charge here. Do not work in a job dealing with customers if you do not like people.

We had a large pizza delivered and it was the worst excuse for a pizza I’ve ever seen! Most of the toppings had slid to one side and off the pizza completely! We had ordered extra mushrooms but got extra cheese which was also disgusting! The worst part of all was that it was so greasy that it saturated the bottom of the box all the way thru to the counter! It was beyond repair because it was so soggy with grease you couldn’t even get it out of the box in one piece! That was $28 wasted!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! This wasn’t my first bad pizza from here, BUT IT IS MY LAST!

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. My order was canceled. Nobody could tell me why. It even said on the email tracking that it was on the way. We waited an hour. When we finally called the Pizza Hut, we kept getting transferred. Are putting us on hold. There’s people laughing in the backgrounds like they were having a big old party. Nobody ever came back to tell me why my order was canceled. They told me that I canceled it. Well, that’s funny, so unprofessional.

The food is just okay. It’s Pizza Hut. You know what you’re going to get. My pizza was a little extra done this time but my issue was with the customer service. It’s a Friday, it’s Halloween and they are super busy. There were 10 people waiting to pick up orders when I arrived. And four more arrived after I did. I waited about 15 minutes and no one had come upfront to address anyone. Then a DoorDash driver came in, and made a lot of noise to get someone’s attention and they immediately came up to the register and took care of her. I don’t mind waiting when it’s busy but they should have acknowledged all of the people who were waiting before helping the DoorDash driver. It’s not right to ignore the people who have been patiently waiting for a while.

Zero stars should be an option. The level of incompetence is staggering. My wife and I are helping a friend move and this location is the closest to where we were at the time. We order using door dash and paid extra to receive 2 pan pizzas, we got hand tossed so we called to let them know and the corporate rep did her job very well and had the order set to be remade. Minutes later we get a call from the store itself stating they wouldn’t have pan for another hour so we arrange to pick it up ourselves an hour later since we’d be out at the time. An hour later we get a call from door dash saying there’s no one at the delivery location, we told them to leave it on the steps. 45 dollars and 2 hours later and I don’t even want it anymore.

This location is horrible! We stopped going for over a year because the service was horrible. My family started going again about a month ago and it was OK even if their timing was completely off. Tonight however makes me want to never go back. An order was places at 8:04 and was told online it would be ready in 14 minutes. I arrive after 8:24 (over 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready). Upon arrival the worker wearing a tag of “Shift Lead” asks for my name and then starts searching in the warmer for my food (2 pizzas, cheesy garlic sticks, and 8piece boneless wings). He then tells me it will be a minute. A few minutes go by and I see him drop Wings in the fryer. After a few minutes he is back at the counter while another worker is at the other computer and I ask him what we are waiting on…. The wings. I made a comment along the lines of “you mean the wings you just dropped after I showed up, when you just sauced wings for another customer who walked in here after me?” The other worker speaks up and says we’ll I can give you a refund if you want to complain and you can go. I said no I need my food and he shuts up. The original shift lead states that woman who he sauced wings for was here before me she just stepped out. -OK understandable, but why are you just dropping wings over 10 minutes after order is supposed to be ready. I finally receive my wings and both workers are still up front. I told the shift lead it was pretty sad that he needed another employee to step up and offer me a refund when he is the lead… then guess what! The other worker states he is actually the general manager! I took the food to the car and had a feeling I needed to check the food. Of course it was wrong. 1 pizza was fine but the other where half was cheese only and the other half had toppings including pesto drizzle; of course just my luck, they don’t know how to read a ticket and had pesto over the whole pizza. When I went back in they told me they could remake it in 12 minutes. Which they did. However what really irks me is the “general manager”, who was wearing no form of identification as general manager by the way, never once came back up to me, which is something I would expect of a general manager who already made his presence known. Then I saw him in the back wearing pink fuzzy slippers while working in the kitchen! I know I only worked in food service from 2005-2014 and it’s been a while since I’ve been out of the industry but I”m almost positive that doesn’t meet health codes. The whole store including the general manager who only said one sentence to me seriously need some classes in what customer service should look like.

I’ve never had an issue here. Answering the phone is a little tricky, but I always face my orders online so this has never been a difficulty for me.
