Ordered a big box 3 pizza deal for the kids birthday party at 3:40pm today. At 4:55pm I called the store and they said it’s still out to be delivered so I cancelled the order and nobody wanted to except that I cancelled. I got well I’m sorry sir but I can’t cancel the order or it will just be another 30 mins to an hour! Your telling me that your 11 mins from my house and it’s going to take you almost 2hrs to deliver so my pizza sits in a nasty takeout bag in a box sweating to death for almost 2hrs and you think that’s acceptable? You think I’m just going to accept that no I’m not I just want my refund.

Garbage, deserves 0 stars. After an hour and a half i called them up asking about my order. She said it just left. About 10 minutes later I get a text saying they’re having a doordash driver bring my food. I clicked the link and it said the food still hasn’t been picked up yet. Never getting pizza from this location again.

Pizza arrived folded in a rectangular box that was too small for the ROUND pizza we ordered. Store was out of boxes suitable for their New Yorker pizza, so they simply folded one third onto the other.

Never judge a brand by its fight back to the top. On a rainy afternoon last week I decided while waiting at a nearby store to get some classic cheese sticks. She made them perfect, fresh, and piping hot! Took me back when I used to make my own back in the day. Keep it up. Pizza Hut you may have shuttered a few stores and cut costs by making in house dough but this location made my day. Thanks.

i ordered here and received my order 1 hour and half late and didn’t even get the order right. when i called for a refund they offered $10 credit and when i asked for another option (because i dont plan on ordering from them again) they left me on hold for 10 mins. ill be going up there tomorrow to hopefully receive my refund.
