the indian lady working in the morning with a pricing in her nose is super rude to customers and on her phone when u ask her for something she asks like it’s not her job also if you bring ur own cup ice is free and i get it every morning at my new job she told me today i had to pay and i said no i dont i have my own cup she got a attitude and said that that’s not our problem. I’m not the person from yesterday. what the hell… mind u she’s the only one i haven’t had a interaction yet girl… u don’t even be here everyday to act with such entitled

This is the second day in a row they got my drink wrong. They do not know how to follow the tickets. I always order an iced caramel craze latte with oat milk and no whip cream. Due to me being lactose intolerant. Yesterday they make my drink with the whip cream even though the ticket said no whip cream. Today they made it with no whip cream but didn’t add the cinnamon sugar. The ticket literally says to add cinnamon sugar. The only good thing was they did correct both drinks but they give me attitude when I tell them they made the drink wrong. It’s not my fault you guys can’t read the tickets properly, I shouldn’t be getting attitude for your continued mistakes. This is the only Dunkin that can’t seem to get my drink right. The most frustrating part is this wouldn’t happen if they would just read the ticket or screen in front of them. It literally tells them what to put in the drink.

If you’re reading this, save yourself the trip into this place and just go get a donut in Walmart. They’re fresher than the ones in this Dunkin. Plus, you don’t have to deal with rude employees. They act like it’s an inconvenience that customers are ordering.

This place sucks. The lady that’s working today has a nasty attitude. I understand theirs only two of you but it’s not the customers fault. Secondly she’s making orders and not even acknowledging customers or even calling the order number. How are we supposed to know that our order are ready. Making the orders and just leaving it on the counter with no words letting customers know that their orders are ready is really terrible customers service. You expect customers to just go and start grabbing orders of the counters. What if someone grabs something that’s not theirs or probably didn’t even order and just go and grabs one. That lady needs to fix her attitude. I asked the one guy why they don’t call out orders to let people know. His response was they don’t do that but than proceed to call out order 5 minutes later for a customer. I’m guessing I wasn’t the right skin tone for him to care!

It’s the best dunkin around this area. Because the employees are all nice and polite. Compared to the others around this are that are not good. The customer always gets exactly what they order. The only down fall is it’s inside the absolute worst Walmart. I’d like to see this group of employees take over any other dunkin around. Until then we will keep going there just because of the group of employees they have are truly excellent…

I should have gotten the names of the staffs. The young lady in the morning was very patient and professional. Assisted me with my order of a donut for my younger son and an iced coffee. After my son finished his donut, we went back to Walmart to shop for toys. Before we left, we went back to get hash browns for my other son. I specifically told the cashier (a middle aged man) that if the staff handling the hash browns can change to a new pair of gloves due to allergies, he replied saying she is already wearing gloves. I told him it’s because of food allergies, I need a new pair. He ignored me after I paid and went on with the next customer without telling the staff handling the food. I waited on the side and the staff asked if I wanted both orders in the same bag. I saw that she was handling croissants and preparing the bag, so I asked if she can change to new gloves due to allergies. She looked annoyed without a response and just changed her gloves and the put the hash browns in the same bag that is already contaminated. I could have asked for new hash browns to be prepared as the hash browns were already handled by the same pair of contaminated gloves before I told her to change. I also wanted ketchup but the staff already turned around to prepare other customer’s food. So I went back to the cashier and asked if I can have some ketchup. He replied ‘why do you ask me, go ask her!’, and then ignored me again. I waited and waited and decided to leave without getting any ketchup. My other son was never able to eat the hash browns due to cross contamination and we never got ketchup for the order due to poor customer service. The store even has a sign saying please inform staff of any allergies. Why bother posting it if you don’t know what allergies are and what cross contaminations are. Please train the staff!

It’s an in and out coffee and donut shop. I ordered coffee with cream and sugar and avocado toast. They forgot the sugar the avocado toast had hardly any everything sprinkles. However all the staff at the drive thru and inside were very happy and friendly. Even though they were extremely busy the wait was not long!

Solid Dunkin’ spot located inside of the Walmart on Garland Groh. The only pain is having to park and walk inside for to-go order but the quality is there and it was a good experience! All Dunkin’s in Hagerstown hit
