My friend and I ordered their weekday specials (large 2 toppings thin crust pizza) containing pepperoni, sausage & black olives plus 2 bottled Pepsi drinks for dine in. Our server Alyssa and the rest of the staff provided outstanding customer service in the preparation and accuracy of our order. It totally impressed my friend because her last Pizza Hut experience wasn’t the greatest at all. My deepest compliments to the manager Karen and her staff!

This is by far the best pizza hut in the 757! Ms.Karen the manager and her team always make sure my food is top tier!!! I literally come here everyday that I am now recognized! I also want to add how everyday ms.Karen is here from sunset to sunrise literally and still gives good energy and make sure my food is delicious, and she deserves all the flowers and appreciation. Everyone’s so nice and even when I order pizza late at night it’s still FRESH AND HOT! You can’t go wrong literally if you want good customer service, clean environment, amazing people, and FRESH food come here!!!

Never had trouble until tonight. The manager and another employee were at the side as I drove to the carryout. Server at the window said I should have got a call order was late. Said it would be a few minutes. Waited over 10 minutes when the other employee who was at the side came to the window she gave me the wrong order. Turns out my order was ready the whole time. Manager said I had not waited long and offered only a soda for the inconvenience, rolled eyes when closing the service window. And the food was cold

Walked into this location this evening & promptly walked back out. The smoke in the store was horrible, there is no way I could stay in there to even place my order. It seemed like the oil fryer, the oven or something was not working properly, certainly not the exhaust system. I feel terrible for the staff that had to work in there. Not sure I’ll be back any time soon or at all. VERY disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would.

On July 23, 2025 I placed an order online for 1 large meat lovers pizza. The estimated pick-up time was 8pm. I arrived at this location to find three of the staff members out back chatting and smoking. After I waited at the window for 5 minutes, I looped around to ask “is there anyone working inside?” The female employee stated, “yeah we’ll be in there in a minute.” They all three enter, but no one washed their hands. Uugggghhh! Nor was there an apology for not being available to provide prompt customer service. Pizza Hut used to be my pizza of choice, but not anymore. The lack of professionalism and cleanliness are deal breakers for me. I saw in a previous review that a customer suspected they’d gotten food poison from eating at this location. Well, if the employees are not following proper health code hand-washing protocol, then it is highly likely that they could have gotten food poison.

The pan pizza was not properly cheesed, I asked for well done but it came almost burned. It was for my sons birthday and the pies were more than lackluster.

I believe my partner and I got food poisoning from their pizza/ boneless wings.
I usually don’t leave reviews for a place because i have worked in customer service and can understand human error but this was an experience i wish for no one to ever have in the future…. i ordered the pizza hut bundle, 2 medium pizzas, boneless wings, and garlic bread sticks. my partner, son, and myself ate the food and later that evening i experienced severe stomach pains, and then diarrhea. my partner experienced the same the morning after. luckily my son is fine so far. i am assuming the symptoms arose from the meat lovers pizza or wings since only my partner and myself ate those. this indicates that some of their ingredients were not handled or stored properly and must have contained bacteria that made us sick. Like i said i don’t leave reviews, but i just want customers that read these to be aware that ordering from this pizza hut may cause you to get sick. have researched about similar incidents and this seems pretty common with a good handful of locations. if you read this thank you for taking time to look at this novel lol. i have contacted customer support and hope to forward the issue to a store owner or manager so the issue will not persist in the future because this was an unfortunate experience
