I stopped by this pizza hut while on travel in the area. I originally ordered a double order of Cheese sticks (which I order regularly in my local area) and found out at this location they just ring up a single order twice which cost double. The local Pizza huts in my area have an actual double order of cheese sticks to select which is just under $10. Ringing up a single order twice is $15. I have seen some local Pizza huts in my area where maybe the employee taking the order is not familiar with it. Respectfully I ask them if they can check with the manager or someone else they may know and with no problem they’re able to ring it up. At this location they were quick to say they don’t have that option and it has to be done online. I asked if they could check with a manager and they said the same but for some reason I don’t believe it was really the manager. Unfortunately Pizza Hut as a company are failing their customers by having multiple items on their menu show up different prices because some employees or some stores aren’t able to find the item and ring it up the only way they’re aware of. I mean I’m sure pizza hut is doing great unnecessarily over charging customers for menu items. It’s actually not available online as an option either. The double order cheese sticks are a menu items available in the store.

Love the food.. Always hot & fresh. The employee’s there are the best people you could ever want to meet very professional, as well hard workers. They will do whatever needs to be done to make your order correct and while doing so they smile and none of that eye rolling or being short with you. They smile and get it done. Y’all are the Best!!!

The only reason they are getting two stars instead of zero or one is because the food was good. However I had an important issue with a delivery driver and was placed on hold yesterday. Didn’t get to talk to anyone. So I talked to an officer instead. I’m not sure how this even happened and then worried about possibly having this driver coming back to my home. I did not catch his name but he was late 30s or 40s short grey and dark hair. Blue suv. extremely talkative but could barley stay on his feet. He smelled like booze. I’m not sure how he even was able to drive. And almost dropped my food. Police were too backed up to come out in time said there’s not much they can do unless they catch him driving but don’t have time to “sit and wait”

Not even going to waste time calling the store. My fiance and I ordered pizza and cheesesticks last night. Crust was undercooked and pizza had a weird taste to it. We have both been extremely sick even though we only ate one cheesestick and one slice of pizza a piece. We have never gotten sick from orders from this Pizza Hut before, not sure what’s going on there. We will never order from there again.

Ordered an hour before closing and i mistakenly ordered for carryout not delivery supposed to be its for delivery so i hve to call the store and the man who’s incharge there suggested me to order a new one for delivery and theyll cancel my carryout and the transaction worked checked my card etc. Thankyou once again and I highly appreciate the service

One of the employees was washing his shoes in the dishwasher while we were ordering. When we asked the girls at the counter about it they said he was the manager. What kind of health standards are they setting here when the manager is washing his shoes in the same place they wash the dishes we eat off of? Pizza Hut you need to do better, no wonder why your restaurants are closing.

In my opinion Pizza Hut, Birdneck, VB has the greatest service. I order on line every week. Its ready when I pick it up. Its hot and my family and I think its the best. The employees are friendly and make sure its just the way I ordered it. Please don’t change this recipe. Thank you all.

GOOD THING THEY ARE NOT OVERPRICED! New York Pizza style! Awesome! They are not taking advantage that they are in a tourist spot! I think the owner thought of being fair so more people will come. I spent $20 for soda and XL pepperoni pizza! Not bad for tourist destination pizza place!

pizza had literally no sauce. called the store to file a complaint & girl on the phone stated that i was a liar and that nobody else had complained tonight so she didn’t know why i was. wings were disgusting, pizza was so bad the dog wouldn’t eat it. poor customer service. should’ve saved my $50 and ordered something else worth eating.
