Ordered a pizza, breadsticks and Cinnabon rolls. Placed order at 715pm and they said 8:05 for delivery. That was a lie. 8:45pm I had to call to find out when our food was coming. I got customer service center instead of store. They attempted to call store on my behalf and no one answered. I spent 43 minutes on the phone. They tried to blame the doordasher that they set up. We ordered directly from pizza hut, not doordash. I asked when food was coming and they said they couldn’t answer that but I could just go pick it up. I said no thanks just cancel it and refund me. They said they can’t do that. The lady literally told me that they couldn’t help me. I wasn’t happy with that answer. They said they take orders and remake orders. Which I should have seen this coming. The pizza was fine but the others were not edible. So fast forward to a remake now ordered. The food came at 11pm. 4 hours. No bread sticks as location was apparently out of stock.I can’t believe that they couldn’t do anything but “sorry” so I eventually asked for a credit instead of refund. She said no but I asked for a manager above her, she came back with a credit but thats it. Beyond disappointing and not excited to eat food they had to remake because who knows if they did anything from frustration. This entire situation was a nightmare. I won’t use this location again. Do better pizza hut and stop blaming doordash. You outsourced them, not me. Which makes you responsible.

This is the last time I’m giving this location a chance. If I’m craving PH, I’ll do carryout from another location or just choose another pizza spot. I order 2 pizzas: a medium cheese & large pepperoni. Both pan pizzas. First, these were not pan pizzas unless their hand tossed looks like thin crust. Secondly, the cheese pizza looked horrible and tasted just as bad. The pepperoni pizza looked fine & my son was satisfied. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this location since my last review, but it will be my last. Do better Pizza Hut!
**Previous review: This is just tonights experience because I’ve had great pizza from this location many times. However, tonight was not good. Customer service was great but the food was not. I ordered 3 personal pan pizzas. I picked them up & dropped one off to my mom’s house. I look at it when I get to her house & the pizza is burnt, it’s hard & hardly has any cheese on it. I go back out to my car to look at the other 2 pizzas & they look the same. There was no issue when I called to request that they be remade. I get the new pizzas & although they’re not burned, they are definitely not the usual personal pan pizzas I get from them. I dropped off the second pizza to my mom, my son ate his & i nibbled mine but didn’t even want it anymore. Not sure if i can post a pic, but it doesn’t do it justice on how thin this pizza is. Very disappointed

The one I went to on military highway, I gave 2 chances, and both times, they screwed it up. I’ll never go there again and will buy my pizza from the other pizza places. They are rude with attitudes and don’t care if your order is correct. I didn’t get any sauce for my cheese sticks, I ordered and paid for extra cheese (which was 2 freaking dollars) and clearly you can see my pizza didn’t get the extra cheese on it that I paid for and it was burnt.. and this isn’t the first time they did this to me, so NO more will they take my money and not give me what I pay for…

The staff is courteous and friendly. Everyone works in unison to get the orders out on time and accurately. The cashiers and managers really go out of their way to help you save money by being knowledgeable about the deals and specials on their menu.
We visit this store routinely and we remain satisfied customers!

This was my first time visiting this location. I didn’t know it was there at first tucked away in the shopping center. The store was very clean and I really like that about anywhere I plan on eating. I was greeted with an attitude that was welcoming and showed I was gonna get great service. The best part of my experience was Mr. Michael. This man is the definition of perfect customer service. I will definitely be returning regularly because I have never been treated so well at any other pizza hut I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much Mr. Michael keep up the good work and never change that amazing attitude.

The store manager is phenomenal. I work right down the road, so we have started coming here frequently for lunch. I love walking in and seeing his smiling face. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. Btw, the Flatzz pizzas are amazing!

This place is complete Trash. I used to order from here all the time. That being said I can’t unsee what I’ve seen, for starters the place is absolutely disgusting, a breeding ground for rouches and mildew. To top it off that the dishes where not being washed properly with old rotten food still on the pans, what they call clean. So if you’ve ever eaten here then felt really sick now you know why STAY fAR AWAY.
