Absolutely loved that place! Tried for the first time. Got coconut water so refreshing!!! It does take sometime to get the order but it’s worth the wait. Chicken was so juicy and tender. Salad was so good.

Had a coupon buy one get one item free I ordered two meals, two of the same meals and a side order of the spam musabi. Under the impression that the meal was free because it says buy one get one free of equal lesser value and of course they take the free item off the musubi instead of the meal and that’s very deceiving and wild that they would do that kind of deceptive practice brand new just opened up in Los Banos and then the managed proceeds to tell me they can’t control on what the coupon takes the percentage off of. Thats bull and I’m very upset that they’re so deceiving like that because I would’ve used my Musabi coupon if that was the case and not my free item or ordered the musabi separately. Lesson learned, be mindful when you guys are using coupons that’s the way they operate there so order separate or they will screw you over.

Great quality with decent portions. Everything I have eaten here is great except the deep fried shrimp. I wish they were Coconut shrimp because they have more flavor. Beautiful spot with great employees and beautiful food. Cannot go wrong with a great Hawaiian place.

The fried shrimp tasted like burnt oil, absolutely no flavor at all. The portions for plain white rice was the only thing that was generous. The mac and the meat have significantly smaller portions than other Ono Hawaiian bbq places. The bbq mix at other places have at least 2 ribs. They only placed 1 rib in the bbq mix plate that I ordered, and it was mainly fat and the rib was burnt to top it off. There was also a girl with braces handing out the orders who didn’t ask anybody else for their receipt when handing out orders but asked me for mine when I went up. Brace face was really rude when asking for the receipt too. Nobody is trying to steal tiny, burnt, fatty pieces of meat. The booths are so weird and uncomfortable. There is no separation between the boots and I do not want to be sitting back to back with a random stranger, eww. Also, the drive thru was closed. Not sure why they have 2 drive thrus if they knew that they weren’t equipped to handle them. Overall do not recommend.

Food was everything was on point its a new place its not gunna be perfect right off the ground running ( from someone whose open 8 restaurants you give em a chance to fix the problems or just wait a few months) then come back when there locked in and for the most part there teens. But the service for me and my boys fast on time i got a great amount of food for the price and if its not enough sauce how about trying to ask em for extra! This place is just working on kinks. That all never came in with this mentality, it’s gonna be great, right from the get go. Because if you do have in mindset like that and prepare to be let down, it just open relax. By far one of the best new places out here i’ve seen in this town period. Prices on point.

This location of Hawaiian BBQ has unfortunately been the least satisfactory I have visited, as the food tasted as though a significant portion of it had been reheated, a suspicion later confirmed by my stomach. While I understand this is only their second day of operation at this particular establishment, the current quality standards do not appear to be very promising.

As coming from a Hawaiian background and coming here for the first time I had a HORRIBLE experience. First off, I come and order Kalua Pig (Pork) and the cashier questions me and corrects me, even though us Hawaiians don’t call it PORK we call it Kalua pig. Anyways, I go and ask if I can grab POG you know the drink that is sold.. and she is like huh? POG and is giving me attitude and she is like you mean Drink? and im like yeah… anyways i order an walk back to my seat and she is giving me dirty looks talking to her other co workers and looking at me obviously talking about me. Her name was Sara. As a Hawaiian and coming to a place thats Hawaiian this isn’t very welcoming or knowledgeable about Hawaiian food or drinks even though they’re serving them. Spread the Aloha!
