This is second time we’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut at Weschester Commons. We’ve gotten a 3 topping stuffed crust and a 3 topping original pan pizza. Both times the pizza was extremely soggy. This last time I called and complained and the lady who answered the phone said there was nothing she could do about the pizza being bad because the toppings are greasy and cause the pizza to be soggy. So, I explained to her that we would no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut if it is expected that we will receive bad pizza and she hung up the phone.
Then after my eight-year-old refused to eat the pizza because it was so soggy and greasy, I called back a second time and requested to speak to a manager. The manager Lorando apologized and offered me a credit for the future. He said,” they could fix the problem and wanted us to remain customers.”
We will give this Pizza Hut one more try with our credit but if the pizza is bad again… we are out for good. Very disappointed with the poor quality of the pizza and from the initial customer service we received. This store may benefit from being on the Undercover Boss show!!
We ended up throwing the pizza in the woods for the animals to eat. Look at how floppy the pizza is in the photo and all the grease on the box. Many of toppings slide off when I pick up a slice. Just very unhealthy (even for pizza) and also inedible.

Tried again. Coupon code only worked for 1 pizza. Pizza arrived dripping wet and the cheese wasn’t melted. Unreal…
Ordered Sunday and they completely botched the delivery. They sent me a code for 2 free pizzas. That didn’t work. So I paid for another order tonight and they forgot the drinks and disnt cut the cheese sticks. What a joke.

I’m leaving this review because Robert deserves recognition for his customer service and professionalism. I had ordered a pizza on a night after the snow and the store didn’t have any drivers. The order was pending on DoorDash and I called and Robert was able to make sure I not only got a fresh pizza but let sent the older pizza as well. Afterward he sent me a coupon for a free large as well. He’s the best and deserves recognition from the company and public!

My first time ordering for delivery as we had a pipe burst in my building and water had to be shutoff. I decided to order parmesan garlic sauce because my neighbor wanted to try it and I would definitely do that over marinara again. Order arrived quickly even in the midst of still icy roads and delivery driver was extremely professional and polite. Very easy ordering process, knew when the order was done and I was able to track the driver to know exactly when to go out to meet him.

Ordered the heart shaped pizza and it was delicious. There was something different about the crust, maybe because of the shape giving more edging, but it was one of the best I’ve had recently. I definitely will try this location again. Love the location.

Wanted to give them a try since they are new in my area.. been opened for over a week .. decided to order at 11:15am so I can beat the lunch rush on. A Friday. ordered their personal pan pizza lunch combo for 9.49 which was 2 topping and side of boneless wings or fries and a 20oz bottle of soda. Ordered at pepperoni and cup pepperoni honey bbq wings and diet Mountain Dew. I was 2.50 short min of ordering delivery so I ordered another diet Mountain Dew. I get my delivery on time 11:55 and to say very disappointed is an understatement. Got a pizza that was lukewarm which is suprising since we are under 40 mins and pickup was 11:37. I was missing the regular pepperoni.. I got 4 boneless wings which is not the issue. Issue is that they are not even tossed but just 4 boneless wings that had the sauce poured on from a bottle kind of like your putting ketchup on fries . About 60% covered. When I went to get my food there was a bottle of regular Mountain Dew and only one. I got a text which is subcontract through DoorDash by Pizza Hut after the order and they took a picture of the delivery. I text the driver and told them I only recieved one soda. I called the store and told them I didn’t get my diet Mountain Dew and they said they don’t carry that. I’m like I ordered that from your website. They blamed that they only been open a week and it needs updated. I’m like this is your place and what are customer going to do .. just deal with it? I then also told them I am missing a drink and they said they would credit the account. But 2 plus hours later and there is no credit or adjustment. A 9.49 deal costing 21 dollar with fees and tips is so not worth it.. I expect some what on top of their game especially early order and being new. I am not sure I would order again and would not recommend the experience.. no call to tell me their page is wrong or anything to make up for this. I wanted this to work out well but have a feeling this person wanting nostalgia is going to be disappointed again.

We were excited to have a Pizza Hut open closer to home. Unfortunately, we have tried this location 3 different times, and each time, there is hardly any cheese, very little of the toppings (even when we pay for extra), and it is so soggy – and not from the good ol’ Pizza Hut grease. It’s like there was water poured on it. Our pan pizzas missed that classic yummy crunch. We had to throw this last order in the air fryer in hopes of resurrecting it. Very disappointed…. And we gave them multiple chances. 🙁

Food was ready when the app said it would be. The store was busy on a Friday night as expected. Most of the food quality was good sans the boneless chicken bites I got with mild buffalo sauce. It was so haphazardly thrown together only a few bites actually had sauce, the rest had leaked all over the box.
