I’ve only ordered from this place and let me tell you the first time I had an issue with delivery but they corrected the issue and so I wanted to say their customer service 10/10 but each time I’ve ordered whoever is in the kitchen is doing their thing – 10/10. The pizza tastes so good, is neat and appetizing and not to mention feels so fresh. It’s exactly what you want to see and taste when you order a pizza. Whoever is in the kitchen you can tell takes pride in the what they do and I thank you for that.

Place a order online for take out or so we thought we did. Arrived when it was suppose to be ready. Unfortunately the submit button never got hit. Had to wait in the lobby on a Friday night. That place was rolling. It was moving like a well oil machine. Got my order when it said I would. The lady at the front checked my order several times to make sure everything was right. Which it was. Food was great.

Having a third party delivery for you without the use of hot bags is a fail. We ordered $45 worth of product tonight. It was all cold and unappealing. The driver said the boxes shifted so wasn’t sure which ones were ours…nothing is labeled so it turned into a 10 min guessing game of which customers received what. We ended up getting one wrong pizza we didn’t order which means the subsequent customer also got the wrong order. Do better, too many pizza places to choose from for that level of service…it will be a long time before we call again

We usually have great pizza from this location, but the fact that our Detroit style pizza went out like this is beyond me. The worker on the phone got an attitude and said they make the pizzas the best they can, dude needs to go back to Grade school and learn to draw two straight lines. Manager offered a credit which we appreciate, but the employee that made this pizza needs to find a new job……EDIT..after trying to eat it we finally realized why there was a gallon of sauce. The dough was raw and cheese wasn’t even melted you think they were trying to cover something up?

Absolutely awful experience the one time I switch from my normal pizza place it’s an absolute disaster. Husband orders pizza and goes to pickup when it says it’s going to be ready he sees the pizza ready and they say the systems are down you can’t have the pizza mind you my husband can see it and it’s paid for. They tell him to leave and close the store!!! Take our money and can’t even give us the pizza that we have proof we bought!? Absolutely insane!

This Pizza Hut is always so nice and delicious! We had them tonight for our mother and son date night dinner at home! They were extremely busy but stayed strong and were so nice to me and my son! I just want to give a shout out to the entire staff that was there around 6pm. Y’all are amazing! I know it’s a lot going on around that time on a Friday night but I am blown away from y’all staying calm and continue excellent customer service! Thank you so much for being amazing and making our dinner this evening! Y’all work hard and I see it! Thank you so much!
