Ordered carry out at 1:05 p.m., arrived at 1:30 p.m. Pizza was made incorrectly, (overheard the error, never told). Other portion of the order was placed in the warmer. 1:50 p.m., pizza was still not done with food still in warmer, and manager acted surprised that the food was no longer wanted.
Refund requested, “manager” had to call someone to complete refund that will take “3 to 5 days to process.”
NOTE: Doordash workers that arrived 10 minutes after us, left 5 minutes before refund was figured out.
This location has gone downhill 100% since the beginning of this year. If you want Pizza Hut with little to no resemblance of service, this is your place. Good luck.

The staff here is great! A girl named Heaven works here and she is absolutely wonderful! She treats every single customer with kindness and respect and Pizza Hut is lucky to have an employee like her there! Her parents did an awesome job raising her!!!

We stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling through the area with the family. The food was absolutely delicious and hot, however we waited for our food for over forty five minutes, and it really set us back for our trip. We were not expecting this long of a wait- they had just opened so giving the benefit of the doubt that they had to get things fired up and turned on. The young lady at the front desk was kind and very friendly.

We stopped by Pizza Hut for a quick dinner while traveling. Alexis was super helpful with our order and kindly offered drawing supplies to kids, while we were waiting for our order. The pizza was yummy, very happy with our experience.

Called again and was told that it would arrive at a certain time

We went here for my son Nathan’s birthday. He ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and some breadsticks. We had a very nice time. The artwork on the walls is very nice. We watched some funny home videos on one of the TV screens. We couldn’t eat it all and had to bring some home.

We stopped at this Pizza Hut on our way back home from OCMD and Alicia (RGM, as per her mentioning) did a great job making sure we were well taken care of. I had mentioned that we had stopped in while traveling and she took note of this and made sure my kids and I had plates, cups and napkins for our dinner we had just purchased bc she remembered we were eating in the car. The service prompt- I ordered in person and we were back on the road in 15 minutes (maybe less), the food was tasty and the people were nice.
