Granted, he appeared to be the only one in the store, but I went to pick up an $87 order and wasn’t even greeted by the employee. There was a lady ahead of me, she left and had I not ordered online and already paid, I would’ve left, too. Two people came in behind me, and he looked up when the door chimed and again didn’t speak to them either, just continued prepping orders and filling containers. Only when the order for the waiting delivery driver was ready, did he come to the counter and talk to anyone. In all the food service jobs I have had, the rule has been to take care of the people in front of you first, and at the very least, manners and customer acknowledgement go a long way.

Very beyond satisfied with our local Pizza Hut. To see the changes from the beginning to now is just amazing. Today I visited Denton Pizza hut. Xavier and Dana done a Excellent job. For just two associates working, they were very efficient, knowledgeable of the menu, timely in getting my order and others order. It was very busy, but they got the job done. The store was clean, bathroom and everything. Just want to let you know, y’all have to great employees working for you. Food was Delicious .

So we were really looking forward to the pizza hut coming to Denton,MD. We placed an online order at 3:15 pm for a 5:00pm pickup. The order wasn’t ready until 5:45pm. After the long wait for our pizza we were very disappointed with what we received. The boneless wings were so small they looked like popcorn chicken. It definitely wasn’t worth the $42 the meal cost.

Dana who worked the counter was incredibly nice and informative. I planned on ordering the tavern crust but she informed me it was the same as thin crust and I thought it was a different crust. So I got deep dish instead. She was so helpful and nice that it makes me want to return to Pizza Hut because she left such a good impression.

Waited 15 minutes over qouted time. No one greeted or acknowledge me. I asl about my pizza as there putting it in warmer they ignore me to do there own thing. One went on smoke break mid cut of a pizza. This place has terrible staff

Worst pizza hut I have ever been to!! I ordered break sticks that’s it said it would be 20 mins waited about 40 mins to get this sorry excuse for pizza huts famous bread sticks not even cut just basically a block of bread with slopped on butter and some seasoning,you have 3 people working one guy just standing around another making orders and then a woman supposed to be getting the orders together but literally has no clue what in the hell she’s doing and is slow you think that she would have some kind of pep in her step to get things done but she doesn’t definitely won’t be going back to this Pizza Hut!

The lovely young manager, Carmen, was truly the star of the show at this Pizza Hut! She was so lovely to me over the phone when I had an issue that I needed to be resolved. She was prompt with solutions and helped me immediately with no attitude! The pizza was delicious and it’s always a delight ordering from here!!

Our family ordered pizza for delivery from the Pizza Hut in Denton Md. After bringing our order in we see one pizza was made wrong. It was missing chicken and had ham on it (which our family can’t eat pork) It’s OK, people make mistakes so I call and explain this to the store manager Skylar. He tells me that this pizza does infact come with ham on it instead of chicken. Then tells me “well I can have it remade but you have to come get it”. I said really? OK, then please refund my incorrect pizza because we have to throw it away. Skylar says “You will have to bring the pizza in the store to get a refund”. I can not believe the lack of customer service and that this man was the store manager. On top of all of this the other pizzas were poorly made with hardly any toppings. We won’t be ordering again. Such a shame.
