Ordered dinner here since the Crofton location is closed. I was greeted professionally when I came in by Terric. I chose to wait in the store for food and he kept me abreast of when it will be available. The store manager Gabriela greeted us and made sure we were helped. Overall, great customer service! At the time of this review, we didn’t eat the food ordered. Will update afterwards.

I want to take a moment to recognize Terric at this Pizza Hut location. Terric is always efficient, works extremely hard, and consistently gives more than 100% every time I visit. He is professional, attentive, and clearly takes pride in what he does.
Honestly, he often seems like the only person truly working when I’m there. His effort does not go unnoticed, and he makes the experience better each time. Employees like Terric are the reason customers return.
Pizza Hut is lucky to have him.

They do a great job fulfilling orders at this Pizza Hut. The cheesesticks are amazing and their pan pizza is so buttery and greasy good. This is a takeout only place, there is no seating.

Ordered cheese sticks. They had no oregano or seasoning. Literally just dough that was barely cut into strips with cheese melted over them. Tried to order a personal pan pizza this evening online and it stated they were “sold out.” Sold out of pizza?? This has to be a mistake right? Called the store only to have the phone answered by a remote worker in India who has never stepped foot in the store. After pulling up the same website that I’m looking at he expresses his sadness that “this item is currently sold out.” I stated, “Look, I know you are not in the store, but explain to me how you are “sold out” of personal pizzas but not sold out of any other pizza? Whatever you uses to make the big pizza just uses less of it and make a smaller pizza!” He puts me on hold to transfer me to the store (supposedly). It rings a few times and then just hangs up. That’s it. No pizza, no explanation, just wasted time.

Horrible. Got raw boneless chicken wings. I mean raw. When I took them back the girls informed me there was no manager there. The day before the refrigerator was out. They are still cooking and serving food that is not safe. This is serious. Some one can die from this. This isn’t the first problem I have had with this location. But it will be the last. Please be careful eating here.

I have to say I never received a raw pizza for delivery before. My son wouldn’t eat it and I thought he was exaggerating..but yep.. it was just raw dough pizza $45 down the drain for 2 $12 pizzas and a brownie. Make it make sense. And it was supposed to be vegi pizzas. Somehow they sent just jalapeños on half. I’m flabbergasted.

Took me twice to walk in to get service but cashier was nice . I asked for well done and it looks and tastes bland/nasty … not to mention it still very doughy . I was in no rush so I’m confused. also these Cinnabons …. There’s more icing then buns

I ordered a supreme pizza and it was missing half the toppings. I ordered online and it was delivered. However, if they realized they did not have the right toppings while making it, they should’ve called so I could’ve changed my order. They also put way too many onions on the pizza. We had to throw some of it away. It was disappointing.
