This is the fourth time that my order has been terrible. I don’t blame the staff, managers or cashiers. I blame corporate trying to cut labor. The pasta bowl was NOT close to full. The pasta had no taste. Previous times I received pizza not even close to what I ordered. I called and got the run around returned to the store days later only to hear there was nothing written down at all! Food is entirely too expensive to get something you can’t even eat.

hey… whoever that young man working on 3/6/25 around the 5 o’clock hr is… he deserves way more than whatever he’s getting. Appreciate you. he seemed to be the only one working and he was knocking orders out. super busy, but efficient and courteous.
i wasn’t acknowledged when i walked in although i eventually made eye contact with the person preparing the orders. understanding that he’s preparing orders, i knew it would be a wait. noticed another person sitting straight ahead, face in phone. proceeded to excuse myself multiple times just for him to ignore me and yell back to the person preparing orders. person preparing orders states that he knows and will be up shortly. still, in this 3-4 minutes, i have not officially been acknowledged. like, i literally walked into this store and was dumbfounded that there was seemingly no one around. person in back on phone, presumably on break, disappears. finally person prepping orders comes to assist. mind you, I’m there to pick up an order that’s already ready and in the wait oven. would’ve been unexpected of me to walk back and retrieve my already paid for (and tipped) order myself. could’ve saved 8 minutes of my time though. this establishment charges more than the much better establishments in my area, which i will never cheat on again. all for the worst service I’ve ever received at a pizza hut. go figure.
oh! also… this has never happened before with any other pizza I’ve ever received, but…! some of the pizza slices were actually stuck to the box. it was a struggle to pull them up and they separated while attempting to. someone told me that the dough may not have been cooked all the way. the taste was okay though. bottom line… this was my second time at this establishment and I’d clearly choose another option if it came down to ever considering this location again.
but shout out to Montgomery County y’all the best.

Pizza, pasta and wings were DELICIOUS! Service was swift and the staff was kind! Thank you for being great at what you all do!
I’m not sure if those that left those bad reviews just came on a bad day, or just…I honestly don’t know but I will say today I went and recorded swift and efficient service. I placed my order over the phone, it was ready as soon as I arrived, it was hot and it was delicious.
That’s what I know – give it a try – and hopefully you’ll have a similar time!

I went to the store to buy a small cheese pizza Dominic the person that took care of me. She’s an angel for him from heaven. I didn’t have enough money for my pizza, but I had enough money to buy a cheese pizza. She was very kind, generous, very understanding, she said to me, I added pepperoni for you and that touch my heart. I started to cry. Everything that’s happening to me right now healthwise you know I’m going through cancer treatments unemployed not having a lot of support and feeling alone. She made my day my night better I was stuck in the area with the flat tire and she was kind enough to tell me to come back the next day for a large pizza , she’s an angel a blessed store, beautiful atmosphere. The pizza is great taste wonderful she’s very loving very attentive very professional. She’s amazing.

I ordered my food & give instructions to the store giving my apartment # and code to enter my building. Also had my phone number. My food was left outside on the dirty ground with animals & bugs around the neighborhood. I called the restaurant & spoke to the manager. Her first response to me was it’s a door dash problem and I should call them. I informed her I ordered through Pizza Hut website not door dash. She informed me that they didn’t have enough drivers so they had to use door dash. I asked her how are customers supposed to know that and it’s not a problem that I should chase down. I do not like when you get an automatic excuse instead of taking ownership and apologizing. She kept on insisting it was door dash and never once apologized. My food was also messed up in the box. It was completely ruined. I can’t eat this. She told me she would call me back and hung up. This is not the service I expect from Pizza Hut. I want my money back. Take the pizza back to the restaurant.
Update: Took food back. 2 ladies in the store helped me. They apologized and refunded me. Hopefully they will report the driver to Door Dash.

Delivering for Uber. Multiple employees ignored me when I walked in. I tried to call ahead to make sure my order was being made; no one picked up. They didn’t pick up another call when I was in the store, either. Of course, the order itself wasn’t started until after I got there. If I ever have the misfortune of delivering out of this location again, and someone happens to call, I’ll just pick up the phone myself. The number is in the window, the phone’s on the counter; you’d expect an answer, yeah?
