I ordered a large with pepperoni and mushrooms. The wings were 10 outta 10 but the pizza BARF!!! I honestly think it’s just the ingredients. I thought I had a warmed up sponge ;( with what I paid, I should have gotten a 3 course meal and I tipped.

I just had a fabulous experience at the Pizza Hut in Mitchellville Maryland on the 1st of Feb. After church a friend and I wanted pizza, upon arrival we ran into another church member and got chatty for a while. Alexandria, the employee was so patient and kind with a smile on her face. She never got bothered or impatient with us “old birds” at all. Genuine professionalism was displayed to my surprise. I’m happy to report something good with my service experience I had with Alexandria that day. Very lovely person!

Just wow, we went to Six Flags Maryland location and during lunch time we stopped at this Pizza Hut.
From the moment we walk through the door, the warm aroma of dough and bubbling cheese wraps around you like a cozy blanket.
We ordered the 3 specialty pizzas — The crust? *Perfection.* Thin and crisp on the outside with that signature airy, chewy center. Topped simply with aromatic tomato sauce, mozzarella, and fragrant basil leaves, every bite was a celebration of quality ingredients done right. The cheese melted into the tangy tomato base beautifully, and the kiss of smoke from the open oven added depth that elevated the entire experience.

I ordered the special 1 large stuff crust pizza with 16 boneless wings and I was highly upset the pizza dough was thin and undercooked barely any sauce on the pizza the stuffed crust was doughy and the boneless wings had little pieces like baby chicken bites it was not good at all and I love Pizza Hut I just won’t be eating at this location anymore I felt like my order was rushed. & one of the guys are rude. It’s needs more ethnicity and a better cook someone who actually cares about making pizza and where they put they hands while making people food.

I don’t even know where to damn start. The smell of this place was Rancid. We spent damn there $30 for a family box and the pizzas was not cooked all the way making it fall apart like : uncooked raw dough like it didn’t touch the heat at all. The cheese was so damn hot and the breading was melting from it the first pizza then when we took it back and got another the bread was to hard and cheese was really hot. And they don’t know what there doing.

Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut website at 7:30pm last night and this is what we received: cheese pizza was completely burnt & deep dish was not deep dish at all— It was just regular crust cut into squares. There was no signature charring on the edges and there was so much crust, barely any toppings were on pizza. Had to order food from another restaurant for quick dinner since this entire order was so bad from Pizza Hut.
Update to review—tried one more time on 10/29 and this Detroit Deep Dish looked like a pizza with sauce dumped on top. Never again!

Walked in to order a pie. I asked for specials and was told they only offer Tuesday and Thursday specials and a large single topping pie was $30+. Looked online and got the same thing for $10.
On the upside, the pie was cooked correctly and pretty good. Just check your pricing

Pizza came room temperature not hot at all manager Thomas was very rude and I had to go back and forth with him just to give me credit to get another pizza. I ordered delivery and he told me I couldn’t get a refund or credit unless I bring it back to the store from the beginning until we went back and forth for five minutes then he allowed me to get it. That’s very unprofessional of him I would’ve rated it a 0 if I could because food and service was bad! And I hate to have to be portrayed as a liar when something is wrong with my food. Don’t order here! I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because I ordered last week too and they had to make me another pizza and deliverer because I waited an hour and half for my pizza after it said delivering and didn’t get it. I be live less than 10 minutes from here.

Everything was not as promised. Breadsticks lookd like they were from yesterday. Pizzas had almost not cheese or other toppings especially the double pepperoni my son wanted. My kids did eat most of it cause they’re greedy kids and don’t realize this is not prepared properly. And the trash almost cost me $50! Never ever going back! And you shouldn’t either.
