Went through the drive through about 950pm on a Saturday night.. They were open til 11. We figured with an hour and 10min all should be good. Ordered our food. Received it as soon as we pulled up to the window. Looked in bag, looked right.. Pulled away and immediately we realized the onion rings and fries were super cold.. Went back to window. I was holding the bag from the bottom, it was very warm. We let them know about the cold food.. We were told “I didn’t pick your order, but I’ll see what I can do” another person showed up and asked us to pull up and they would bring us more fries and rings. About 5min later we received them. Hot. We drove off.. Should have checked the burger and sandwich.. The bottoms of both were very warm but the meat was cold.. We didn’t go back.. Ate our rings and fries trashed the rest.. I thought bk was made to order.. It’s obvious this stuff had been under a heat lamp or something. It was terrible.. Sad service for sure!

We stopped by today (December 28th) and bought a whopper with no pickles , a double bacon cheeseburger with just bbq sauce with onion and a plain cheeseburger with nothing on it. An order of onion rings and an order of fries. What we got was a whopper with pickles.. a double bacon cheeseburger with raw bacon, mustard ketchup and onion. I hate mustard so much, but being we got it to go, it was too late to go back. I had to wipe my burger off, as much as I could with napkins and remove the raw bacon. Needless to say, I did not enjoy the burger and ate less than 1/2 of it. On top of that, they didn’t cook the onion rings fully, so they weren’t crispy and were a bit soggy. The fries were good though. Very disappointed.

woof… I was wondering why I hadn’t been to a BK in so long. The food tasted stale and the flavors were bland. Worst onion rings ever. Even my drink was watered down. Three stars because the place was clean and the people were friendly. Waited way too long for food which was mostly cold by the time I tried to eat it. Worst fast food I’ve had in years. Will not return.

I don’t know what these guys are doing over there, but this is by far the best Burger King, maybe the best chicken sandwich I have ever had; better than Chick-fil-A, for sure. I am not over exaggerating.

Chicken? ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE.
Seriously, this BK is the best I’ve had, and I grew up eating BK in DFW at many, MANY locations, as well as across Arkansas and Tennessee within the last couple years due to work travel.
I know people drive to Greenbrier for the Taco Bell here. This BK is the exact equivalent of the Taco Bell across the street; absolutely beyond your expectations of the brand. They absolutely crush it every time. Come to think of it, I need to try their breakfast.

I placed a mobile order at greenbrier burger king yesterday for l asked if my husband’s jacket was still there due to he was a night manager and the manager that was there was the one that hired my husband got rude and hateful with me and all I did was ask a simple question there was no need to get rude or hateful about it

The Junior Whopper (and 2 cheeseburgers my husband ordered) I was given tonight were very obviously old once i bit into it. The patty was hard and tasted like it was left under the heat lamp a couple hours too long. Starting to compete with McDonald’s for Greenbrier’s worst restaurant.

Terrific staff with great customer service, even though morning drive Thru can bombard this location, the restaurant and bathroom are clean each time I come to this location. The staff are kind and strive to meet customer satisfaction. This location has plenty of USB charging ports to charge your device.
The only reason I don’t give 5stars is because in general I don’t like much fast food.
Unlike other locations where employees scramble around , the employees at this location are organized efficiently keeping customers in mind

Burger was hot & good, wait was about 7 -8 minutes..
Cost about 15 for a combo with large drink.
Don’t mind the wait, but fries were NOT hot..
The last time I ate there everything was hot and they were 4 star.
I can’t stand paying 15 for a burger fry combo and getting cold fries. Its like 4 bucks wasted, I dont eat cold fries

Was there yesterday and waited 40 minutes for my order. Today the drive thru gave me 2- Jr Woppers instead of regular woppers 15.00 dollars for 2 small hamburgers ghezz
