My name is actually Jamie, I have to fix my acct, but I want to say I didn’t catch the guys name but I sincerely appreciate the young man at the counter today for helping me. I placed an order using the Pizza Hut app for delivery, and the delivery person (it goes through third party even on the Pizza Hut app) never gave me my order. I spent almost 2 hours going back and forth with door dash and Pizza Hut trying to solve the issue and he truly was the only helpful person even though the situation wasn’t really in his hands. He ended up remaking the order for me and when I went to the store in person to try to contact door dash while at the store, he already made it for me and was going to call me. I’m very thankful because it was my last $30 that I spent for my son and I, because he had a really great week at school and wanted pizza for a reward. Truly thankful for the guy at the counter for helping me out.

Came here a few nights ago to pick up a dinner order my dad placed. Got here and everything was ready. The lady at the front counter barked my total at me twice as I was checking to make sure everything was correct. I’m not gonna pay for something that’s not right but I’m also not gonna forget either. As I was checking the order she rudely said a 3rd time UR TOTAL IS $56.30 and I said ok I’m gonna pay now relax. She got an attitude with me and then I paid and left. My pasta we ordered was so spicy I couldn’t even eat one bite I had to throw the whole dish away and I had nothing for dinner so I cried. My mom and dad’s pizza was soggy and my sister was the only one who had a decent dinner that night. My dad loves this location but for me I’m done. Never coming back and thanks for a bad dinner. I had to eat cereal for dinner because we had no food at the camper that night. That was supposed to be my dinner that night and the next day luckily we went shopping and got food for dinner instead of this dog slop.

My Niece and I had stopped over to Roses in Smyrna, De., and she decided that she wanted a pizza from Pizza Hut. My niece stated the pizza was hot, delicious, scrumptious, loved the extra pepperoni, with cinnamon and bread sticks. Cooked to perfection. My niece stated she will be returning to Pizza Hut.

ordered a $70 order including one 8count of wings. was waiting for my food when all of a sudden it said “order cancelled”. i called the store and the girl was super rude saying “because of the wings” girl what about the wings? did yall not have any? did you burn them or something? yall cancelled a whole order with multiple pizzas over some damn wings ♀️ no customer service at all had a huge attitude and never ended up getting my food obviously.

There needs to be more than one worker there at a time. The counter top is always dusty and there’s never enough sauce in the pizzas. This is the second bad experience in a row. Had to wait over 30 minutes more each time after my order was stated ready.

Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a few years, but I’ve always liked their stuffed crust. It was ok, but I was disappointed. The crust was very thin in the middle and fat on the side. It was way more chewy and tough than I remember.

I’m happy to report that the staff at this Pizza Hut location did a fantastic job, not only this visit but my second most recent visit as well. Historically I had some issues here, but they did NOT disappoint these last two times. Even the Big New Yorker was back to its original delicious self! Tried a new flavor of wings, Cajun dry rub, on their suggestion. Great choice!
The atmosphere was no problem for me, but I do recommend the staff use more discretion on word choices – if and when children are present. Please note, that there were no kids there at the time of my visit.
