The food & tea are so good, I’m addicted. Lunch: cabbage, squash casserole, mac-n-cheese, fried okra are extraordinarily delicious. Better than Grandma used to make! Breakfast is also FABULOUS! Great servers & bus folk! I can’t get enough of Mama Penn’s and I’ve only been here for 3 weeks. My new favorite go to for exceptional service & food!

Basic diner style restaurant. Food was Amazing! I ordered fried chicken, Mac n cheese and green beans. Everything was delicious. Just like grandma used to make. Seasoned perfectly. The sweet tea was the best I’ve had. Not super sweet like most restaurants make it. Service was excellent. All the staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Took my family while we were in town. Was a bit awkward getting into the restaurant, but once we got seated, all was great. Service was awesome. The young lady that took care us went above and beyond. Food was great also. Would recommend to anyone that loves a good Ole home cooked country style meal.

After years of hearing family and friends rave about Mama Penn’s, we finally started going, and the food is unbelievably good. We haven’t eaten on-site yet, so we only know about the service from picking up our call-in order, and the service is pretty good. They are a bit pricey, but worth it, in my opinion. Overall, I highly recommend this place for great food that has a home cooked flavor instead of generic fast food.
