My husband ordered a pizza and I ordered a 12 piece bone-in mild buffalo sauce coated chicken wings. Both were to go orders. When I got home and tasted the first chicken wing, I knew something was very wrong. There is not a doubt in my mind that the cook accidentally used barbecue sauce instead of buffalo sauce (see picture) , and then added the buffalo sauce to the barbecue sauce coated wings. Unless Pizza Hut has changed their wing sauce dramatically, that is what happened to my wings. They were horrible tasting. I ended up throwing them out to the wild raccoons. You would think for over $20 for this wing order they would have just made new wings. The Pizza Hut in Elkton, MD, is a million times better.

I ordered 2 large cheese pizzas, I home to find there was no sauce on the pizzas and they were burnt. I called and the guy on the phone offered to make new pizzas if I bought the old ones back. I was too tired for that, I just know to never go there again

Every time I’ve ordered from there has been bad, but yesterday was the worst, and I’m done. People lined up waiting for their pizza’s, and the front person was nowhere to be seen. When she finally came up, she called the name for the most recent pizza and then walked away as a customer tried to talk with her. He walked out. 10 minutes later I saw her pass by into the kitchen. Five minutes after that, she finally mosied back up front. When I finally got my pizza home, it was missing an ingredient and was otherwise blah. Never again.

everytime i come to this pizza hut location i have a bad experience. they almost always mess up my food and they are always on their phones when i come here. recently i visited on 01/10/2026 around 8pm. my order was said to be ready by 7:50pm. when i got there this woman who was the “MOD” had a terrible attitude then she started to argue with another staff member for about 5 mins straight , cursing at him and being loud in front of me & other customers, even walked off the counter from helping customers to continue this argument. this caused a huge delay for my order and i waited there for 45 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. after the employee incident the MOD took the cashiers spot after due to them leaving , but when i politely told her that i have been waiting for a very long for my order and asking how much longer, she gave me an attitude telling me to wait and that they were just now putting my food in the oven (45 mins after my order was marked as ready). so then i left. wasted time coming here and the staff need to be replaced by professionals that won’t fight and cuss in front of paying customers.

might as well close this store. everytime we call they are out of something. the first time completely out of pizza. at a pizza place??? why are u open. this time out of hand tossed pizza. called said they were gonna replace with deep dish and then called again saying they had no delivery drivers (great) and a door dash had to pick up. nothing and after an hour we call to be told the order was canceled and then wait 20 minutes for doordash and then call if not here. we call just to be told it was never sent out and now we have to pick it up after an hour. horrible service and horrible customer service. if u can’t keep basic things in stock to have a functioning store u should close it. shame on the manger, district manger and staff. this place sucks

Pizza Hut is a low key favorite pizza of mine. In this day and age where fancy smansy pizza boutiques are all the rave….I still love a Good Ole Pepperoni lovers with extra sauce from the Hut !!!!!!
