We met up with some friends for lunch last month. The chicken friend steak was delicious! Not only that, but the portions were quite generous, so much so I had to take the rest home as leftovers. While we were there, we noticed many others were also ordering the chicken friend steak. We can see why! Overall, a great experience with good value for the food we received.

The food was the worst I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. No flavor. The Philly cheesesteak was soggy and bland. The onion rings had no flavor, we asked for sauce and it took like 7 minutes for them to finally bring it. The cheese curds were super greasy and we asked for au jus for our sandwich and they charged $3! My stomach was upset and I felt really sick after. I will never eat there again. We spent $41. And not only was the food awful, as for as many people that were working multiple of them were just standing around talking to one another.

VERY IMPRESSIVE, FOOD AND SERVICE. We were seated promptly and they brought us out a pot of coffee and did it with a quickness. The food was hot and the portion sizes were so big that neither one of us finished what they served. The waitress came around several times to check on us. This is the most bang for the buck in this entire casino. Thanks for the great way to start the day.

Come pretty regularly, the food and service is definitely going down hill. This last visit i ordered food and asked for sausage gravy with my chicken fried steak it came with country, no big deal I can just get it on the side, but when asked I was told their county gravy is their sausage gravy. Again regularly here so I KNOW that was a lie!!! I didn’t even get everything i ordered on top of that, like my toast and sauce.

So right from the start of eating here we were greeted by a very unhappy guy at the front desk that very clearly hates his job and was really just kind of rude about me placing the order like he just didn’t want to even be taking the order. And then we ordered our food to go so that way we could go play a game while we waited and let the restaurant know that we would still be eating in the restaurant though. And when the buzzer went off and we came back we just got handed a bag of food and told to sit over there at that table, and a server would be with us, that never came until I got up and went back to the front counter and asked for one to come over as well as had to go back up there and get our salads that were not in the bag and was told that the kitchen brought them up late but instead of walking them over to us they just set them on the counter and I had to go back up to the front and ask for them otherwise they would have just sat there and we would not have even gotten them. Then when the server finally did come over I had to inform them that the steak I ordered was not a medium rare like I asked for but bealy cooked on the outside and the inside was literally still raw and completely uncooked. Which they also had an issue with and we recived even more attitude about the fact that it still needed to be cooked. All around was one of the worst dinning experiences iv had in the 15+years that iv been living in this area will for sure not be returning to eat at the cow creek ever again. If I could it would get -5stars

I have discovered the most amazing chicken fried steak served with wonderful smiles in the morning here! Two choices in sizes is great depending on how hungry I am. The server Krystal is always cheerful, helpful and welcoming! Between Krystal and the chicken fried steak it’s gunna be hard to keep me outta here in the mornings! We got sat and had our order taken. Afterwards we waited 45 minutes for our food because our order was forgotten. The staff did apologize and it was fine. Our order was missing the onion ring and the eggs were not cooked to how we requested them. The food was good, staff was friendly, but not happy about the wait time. Some of the food was comped and I got a soda for free.

Visited Oregon during the second wave of COVID restrictions. Seating was well spaced, servers were wearing masks. They were serving off of a very limited menu. I had the chicken fried steak dinner. Rated it a 5, middle of the road flavor. Breakfast I would rate a 9. Very tasty, hash browns were crisp. Overall, great service from staff trying to work around restrictions.

Horrible food combined with unfriendly, inattentive service makes for a one star rating. Ordered the shrimp pasta with Alfredo sauce and a side salad. The salad must’ve been pre made and then sat for a long time because the lettuce was limp. I hate limp lettuce but I ate it anyway without complaint. When the pasta arrived it was dry and lukewarm. The garlic bread that came with it was just a piece of toast cut in half. The waitress did not come by to ask me how was my dinner. So I stopped the hostess who was walking by and asked her to send the waitress over. I politely requested that the kitchen add more sauce to my pasta and to please warm it up. “Extra sauce is $3 and it’ll take a few minutes for the kitchen to warm it up” she said. I think she was hoping that I’d change my mind. I didn’t change my mind. I wasn’t in a hurry and I planned on deleting the $3 from her tip. Why should I pay extra for the incompetence of the cook? And why should I tip for unwelcoming, unfriendly & inattentive service?
