I go to pick up my order at the time I was given and the crew was scrambling for almost 10 mins to find my order. Finally, I’m told my order was misplaced. “Misplaced” is an unsual word to use for an order of 6 pizzas, but ok. I would’ve cancelled, but I was feeding a family in need. 15 mins to remake, plus the time spent looking for them, turned into the families dinner being late. Stuff happens, but the GM came out & treated me like I lost my own pizzas and had her waiting. Customer service is not her strong point. However, the young man and lady at the counter were very nice, so the stars I gave are for them!

This is what “extra mushrooms” looks like. This is the 3rd time I’ve received a pizza without the acceptable number of toppings. Now remember, adding extra toppings costs extra. I have 5 slices without any mushrooms. I also regularly order bread sticks (which come with 1 sauce) and then pay for an extra sauce. 99% of the time, I don’t receive the extra sauce that I paid for. I have now started to call the store after placing an online order just to make sure that they fulfill my order as…ya know, ordered.

I’d like to start by saying I frequent this location as my family loves Pizza Hut. However, the last few times I’ve picked up pizza that was “a lil dark” as in slightly burnt. As such I make it a point to open that box BEFORE I leave the store. This last time, again my pizza was a little burnt and when the lady at the counter saw my face, she politely offered to make a new one and would throw in something for the inconvenience. I decided on the 8 piece boneless wing with honey barbque. Pizza came out looking more “normal” like it should so I left. On the ride home, I figured I’d grab a wing to hold me over and when I did I noticed the consistency was “off”. It was dark in the car and I was driving so I simply closed the lid and figured I’d further inspect when I got home. Well, the results of my findings…undercooked (RAW) chicken

The people who work here intentionally do not follow directions. After receiving a credit for an order that was done incorrectly, I ordered the Big NY with extra sauce and well done. The lady at the counter had the audacity to say there was extra sauce so y’all tell me, do you see any extra sauce?!?! Cause I sure don’t! Do not order from this horrible place with miserable staff that can’t follow simple directions.

I ordered from there LAST NIGHT pizza had more sauce than cheese and two orders of breadsticks weren’t cooked at all. I called to complain and the employee just gave me attitude to get me off the phone. I don’t know why they are still in business when they have people in there who don’t know what they’re doing.

The pizza dinner box tasted pretty good this time. I asked for extra sauce and well done so I would recommend well done for better taste. The Cinnabon rolls were horribly made and ugly looking. It looks nothing like the advertisement smh. So disappointing!

Place is a nightmare. Literally waiting over 45 mins to pick up our food after ordering it online 35+ mins prior. And they messed up part of the order, forgot one thing had to go back in AGAIN.
Kid at front counter could care less, nice, but doesn’t care. If you’re ordering you better not plan to have it for an hour or more.
I hope corporate sees this is helps revamp this location. We won’t be visiting again anytime soon after this wait.

Every other delivery that I have got throughout the years have been wrong. I’ve made calls before but tonight I think I’m done at this point. I called the store and basically told them I’m not looking for a remake or refund but your employees need more education. DO BETTER…ITS PIZZA NOT BRAIN SURGERY.

My delivery driver was so incredibly kind and has a wonderful aura. I know these jobs can be rough so it was really nice to see. Delivery was fast and food was as good and hot. I jad a rough day and never made it to the grocery store. Thanks!
