Up front, I’m gonna state that the trip to this far away, rare dine-in Pizza Hut was nostalgic for me. If it wasn’t for the nostalgia, my rating would probably only be a 3 for the actual food. Service and atmosphere were both excellent, 5 stars all the way. .
I remember very clearly what dine in Pizza Hut tasted like decades ago, and it’s just simply nowhere near the same anymore; cheaper ingredients and thinner pan pizza. With that being said, it was fun to take pics outside and inside and it did take me back to when I was a kid and used to go quite often to a local Pizza Hut with my mom. The food was better here than my local take-out locations.

This is one of the last standing original Pizza Hut’s in the country.. They have the same original recipes and decor. The pizza was exactly like I remembered! We got the pan and the stuffed crust. Our server Reenie was very sweet and attentive. When in the Poconos, we will be back.

Drove over an hr to get here. LOVED IT!!! WOW, took me back 30 years! The place was clean and well kept. Classic decor and RED glasses!! Staff was super friendly and pizza was a blast from the past. Supreme Pan Pizza, delicious!!!! We will definitely be coming back!

Worth the hype and drive. Wonderful to share the nostalgia experience with the kids. I wasn’t expecting the food to be as good as it was either! They really take care and preserving the food, integrity, and the environment. Noelle was our server and she was fantastic! We had so much fun. They also have a drive thru!

My family has eaten here many times but I figured maybe you want to know what it’s like, so here it is. It’s a great pizza joint, and great staff. It gets busy because, we’ll, it’s Pizza Hut. There is a salad bar in the dining room and of course regular seating that we all remember.

We didn’t have anything to do on a Saturday afternoon and thought we’d take the 50 minute drive and eat at this classic dine-in Pizza Hut. I never went as a kid, but as an adult, it was fun! Nice atmosphere, it was busy with patrons, the food was great and we loved our server Reenie. She was super sweet and took care of us. My only regret is not going up to the all you can eat salad bar for $6.99 (which was perfectly clean) and getting a second or third helping, I was too full from my sandwich! Will we be back? If we lived closer, sure! Unfortunately it’s too far to make it a regular trip.

10 Stars if I could!! Tastes just like it did 20 + years ago. Red sauce is original and unchanged, Salad bar is fresh and delicious! They even have the red cups. Worth the drive and I think it is the only Pizza Hut classic in PA if I am not mistaken.

This O.G. style Pizza Hut took me back in time♡
In case you don’t remember, Pizza Hut used to be a sit down restaurant with yummy food and even a salad bar- and this one still is!
But this place wasn’t just nostalgic in its vibe, the food and the prices also matched in its memory making qualities.
I haven’t had a Pizza Hut pizza that good in decades.
If you ask me, all the new Pizza Huts need to close and all the UTBAPH buildings bought back and remade to follow this store’s model!

I heard that Pennsylvania only had one CLASSIC Pizza Hut restaurant, so we had to make the hour and a half drive to check it out. Stepping inside was a wave of nostalgia including the old “please wait to be seated” sign, the red and white table cloths, the salad bar, the Pizza Hut lights above the tables, and the red plastic cups. Our service was great and the atmosphere was even better. I wish Pizza Hut would notice how good these Classic restaurants are and open more of them. Saturday at lunch time and this store had a full crowd shortly after we arrived!
