Pizza was just frozen pre made dough, with lots of toppings, but barely any sauce, and thin as hell even though it was supposed to be a “pan pizza”. Remember when the dough was actually thick and fluffy? Yeah, not anymore. It’s as thin as a piece of paper, and it was 20$. BBQ chicken was all crunch no chicken and was actually the best part about my order surprisingly. Only reason why I’m giving this place two stars instead of one, is because we were given free bread sticks by one of the workers behind the counter (even though those weren’t that good either) food is bad quality for too much money, just go to dominos or little Caesars.

First time here on august 6th 2024 me my wife and 5 kids …coming from Philly where pizza huts all down there don’t have inside dining..we was surprised this one we saw up the mountains did ..we got the big box deal and 2 personal pan pizzas 2 /2 little all was pretty good got the food pretty fast with only 2 people that was only working too not bad if ever up this way I’ll be back but definitely appreciate there is a dining room !!

Pizza good but they asked us if we wanted plates, really? And they only had 2 liter bottles to drink with our meal, told us we had to go to the gas station if we wanted something else to drink

I placed an online order. The site had an error and I was told to call. I called, the woman asked me to hold on for a moment then hung up on me. A few minutes later I called back and another woman was soft spoken to the point of inaudible. She then transferred me to a third woman who was in some other department and acted like I called the wrong number instead of being transferred to her. With no luck online or over the phone, we went to see if we could sort it out in person and it was closed. Other people showed up while we were there to pick up orders they placed online without issue. Nice group of disgruntled hungry people confused because the only thing that worked was our credit cards got charged. One by one they either drove off or put in orders and went across the street to get them from Dominos.

Traveled here from Virginia and stopped in for pizza after a long drive. Had a bit of a hiccup with our order but upon contacting the female day shift manager she immediately made things right. It was evident that she was very interested in pleasing her customers. She was amazing. It was nice to see such exemplary customer service. I would recommend giving her the chance to show you her love and dedication to excellence. Thank you miss. You were a refreshing change to what most have come to expect when dealing with merchants.

I just got boneless wings and they were totally RAW, cold, with the sauce on them!!!! They refunded my money but I can’t even believe they sent them out like that. I had one bite and spit it out. Hope I don’t get sick. What a joke. Never again…..

Can’t place an order online on the site so I decided to call and try to place the order. The line told me they were closed and hung up. The establishment apparently confirmed their hours two weeks ago which is 100000% incorrect they are literally never open and the misinformation is frustrating
