I went to your location in Fogelsville today and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a pizza with chicken and cheese and a cheese pizza and this is what I got. The chicken pizza had almost no cheese on it and the cheese pizza looked like string cheese was placed on it. The staff said they ran out of cheese. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF CHEESE AT A PIZZA STORE?!!! I sat in the store for about 15 minutes until my order was ready and NO ONE decided to mention that they didn’t have the right ingredients for my pizza. They allowed me to sit there, pay for my order then gave me this garbage and expected me to take it. The one employee even said “well you asked for just chicken and cheese”. After I asked her if she was joking, she went back and got another employee who proceeded to tell me that they ran out of cheese. This is absolutely ridiculous! This place needs to be shut down until they get enough staff to ACTUALLY do their jobs!

Haven’t eaten at this one in a long time didn’t dine in but got delivery. The delivery speed was surprisingly fast. Got a stuffed crust pizza, breadsticks and wings. Everything was absolutely amazing— Much better than Domino’s, arguably better than Papa John’s but I haven’t had Papa John’s in a while. delivery driver was also super friendly so we gave her a $10 tip. I haven’t gotten garlic sauce from Pizza Hut before so I don’t know how long they’ve had it but the garlic sauce was surprisingly amazing too.

Did a carryout order and everything was ready right on time. The stuffed crust pizza was hot with plenty of cheese in the crust, wings were cooked through with good flavor and not dried out, and the Cinnabon mini rolls were fresh and soft.
Order was accurate, staff was polite, and pickup was quick and smooth. Solid experience all around. I’d definitely order from this location again.

The food was prepared fast and the staff was very friendly. Greeted us immediately and even when people came from the back they asked if we needed help without knowing if we were helped yet. Very nice staff and the place was clean and everyone was working.

ZERO STARS. I placed a 17 hour “schedule ahead” order for five large pies, two desserts and two 2-liter sodas for my 15 member FedEx Breinigsville team who were told the day prior to come to work hungry… and the food NEVER ARRIVED. Per the app, the status of my order sat in “preparation” for two hours before I canceled (delivery was scheduled for 630pm and was cancelled at 830pm). I’ve used the “schedule ahead” function on the app once before and the only issue was the order arriving 15 minutes late. FedEx Breinigsville will never order from Pizza Hut Fogelsville again.

Ordered a pan pizza with half sausage to go. When I opened the box it looked undercooked, and as if the dough never rose. Sauce was sour. I spent over $20, ate one slice and threw it away. Made me sick the next day. May need a visit from the food inspector. I would never eat here again. I’d give negative stars for the food if I could.

I hadn’t had pizza hut in years as all our local locations closed, so decided to give it a try again at this location. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. The food came out quick and was on point. Tried the Original pan style cheese pizza, chicken Alfredo pasta with breadsticks, and buffalo wings, and it was all delicious the building itself is in need of a remodel though, so don’t come expecting fine dining

Called to confirm that this location honored the Book-It program before placing my online order. They said they did. I ended up placing the personal pan pizza Book-It orders (2) over the phone. They said they would attach that order to my online order when it came through. They did mention that I had to show the codes when I arrived to redeem. Upon pick up I was told the personal pan pizzas were never ordered and they would only honor the program if I physically printed out a certificate. This is an online program through the app. There is nothing to print out. When I read the rules from the Pizza Hut website to the employee he just moved and started taking orders from other customers. Eventually I asked if he was going to honor the program or not. He argued saying he will when I have a printed certificate. I again told him the directions say to present the code – not print the code. He begrudgingly wrote down my codes on a receipt and placed the order.
So yes, they did honor it- but it was a hassle and waiting for the personal pans after my online order was already prepared meant cold pizza.
I should mention this did not seem like an isolated incident. While waiting, two other pick up orders were wrong and one was not prepared at all.

50$ on personal pizza and cold breadsticks and sauce, burnt pizza and tiny cold wings. Forgot the dipping sauce but charged us for it. Extremely disappointed and waste of money.
