Oh I didn’t have the best experience I ordered a supreme pizza pan pizza went from Hughesville to Williamsport to pick it up. Got my order go back to Hughesville open up the box and it was a pineapple ham Pizza yuck I called them back and they said well your order is here and I said that it’s a 20-minute Drive till I get back there and drive back again 20 minutes the pizza is an hour over an hour old. And I would like a new one Supreme with no green peppers and it looks like I got lots of green peppers and not all the items that supposed to be on the Supreme I was very disappointed but I picked off the green peppers and ate it anyway staff is very nice that’s the best thing I could say about the place

I will admit I was a difficult customer when picking up tonight due to an issue with having a credit never applied to my account as indicated in email communication. However I do not want to understate how fantastic of a job the manager Unique did. She handled the situation with the utmost respect kindness and patience. Took time to hear me out and come to a resolution. If I owned a Pizza Hut she is exactly what I’d want as a manager.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This place has gone so down hill since the new general manager took over. Having more buffet times is great.. if they actually had pizzas on the buffet.. all fine and good though, we decided to order off the menu. The menu she handed us was covered in sauce.. I asked for new, she never came back with new she just took the dirty ones away. Our drinks were served to us in dirty cups.. all three of them had little specks of stuff on the inside and outside of the cups. I took about 2 sips before I noticed. And that was the end of that.. she never came back so we could get new drinks. Our silverware looked like it was rolled in their bathroom paper towels? And barely rolled at that. The “napkins” that were wrapping the silverware had dried sauce on them.. the whole place looks like it’s falling apart. The wall where they cut the pizzas has an inch of butter and seasoning caked on it like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The place as a whole has a very overall dirty feeling.. the guy making the food, and clearing tables because there were no clean places for people to sit, wasn’t wearing a beard net or hair net.. they were touching the food they were taking out to the buffet with their bare hands.. there were people sitting there that went up to the buffet 2-3 times and they didn’t even have their drinks.. Everyone in there today looked very lost and like they had no idea what they were doing. We sat there for over 30 minutes waiting on even just breadsticks and based on everything I’ve stated above we decided not to stay. But again no one came to check on us so we never got the bill. Standing at the counter we didn’t even get acknowledged so we left. I do not recommend eating here!! At least not while who they have in charge is still in charge. Disgrace to pizza huts name.

Wanted to place a to go order, stood at the counter while 2 shift managers continued what they were doing, ignoring me the whole time. I eventually walked out after almost 5 minutes, and no one saying a word to me. The place is unprofessional, and the general manager Unique Parker thinks she’s the best thing to walk this earth, hence the 5 star review she gave herself. Without getting a new general manager, and properly training staff, this location is going to end up permanently closing.

I ordered pizza from my favorite local place. I am allergic to red sauce and I appreciated all the attention and care the employees and manager made to accommodate my order. They literally went back and washed and sanitized everything for me. The manager on duty was a girl named Heidi. She made the pizza for me as I watched at the counter and made sure I was okay with the pizza before I left. She was so polite and helpful!!!

Im sure its a case of poor management, understaffing, maybe just negligence. Placed an order. Showed up at the pick up time. Waited over 5 minutes and nobody greeted me. I had somewhere to be. Finally after 8 minutes (probably should have yelled by this point), I made eye contact with a worker and said hey, I got to go. Can we cancel my order? 3-4 more minutes passed by as they put my food in containers that had clearly been sitting out cold (were there not in boxes when I arrived), finally gave me my food. I was the only person in the store for most this time. They need to focus on 1 order at a time. And have a pick up box like Little Ceasers has. I used to love Pizza Hut growing up. Think they fell to the bottom of my list. A lot of improvements need made. Until then, sticking to other chains.

Only give it one star because you have too. Place was complete chaos, everyone’s orders were wrong, there were no happy patrons. Table next to us got half their order, repeatedly asked for breadsticks and got none. Waitress was constantly on her phone, we had to ask for our drink order, received the wrong drinks, then we went up to the counter and asked if someone was going to take our order. Once she did, we then had to ask for silverware. We waited over an hour and received no food. We went up to pay for 4 drinks and ONE salad from the salad bar- $20. You read that right, 20 DOLLARS!!! I’m assuming it was the manager trying to run things but whoever it was was rude and had no regard for how many paying customers were leaving upset. It seemed like all they were worried about were the orders going out the door instead of the people sitting inside the restaurant.

Food is mediocre. Service is horrible. Management has no clue what they’re doing. Completely lacking of any customer service skills. Staff is inattentive, ignoring customers. Wait time is atrocious. They always says it’s almost ready, coming out in 5 minutes. Still waiting 20 minutes later. Would not recommend.
