I’m not one to ever leave a review of any place good or bad. However, I stopped going there because I would order ahead of time and the food still wouldn’t be ready and I would basically leave with nothing. I stopped in today and nothing changed. The workers were clearly stressed out completely. The manager said to another employee he is going to burn the place to the ground. He then threatened another employee saying he was going to make him clean out the cooler without letting him put a sweatshirt on. Anyways, I again left without my order. I mean that’s one thing. I just feel bad for the people who work there so I will not be back.

Curtains don’t match the drapes!! Beautiful, welcoming exterior but what a difference upon entering! Looks like a Garden State Parkway rest stop on memorial day weekend! Only a single working bathroom that was a wreck and blown out! Restaurant was nasty and shelves and fridge were bare. We only ordered coffee. On a great note, we were waited on by a gentleman wearing a Red Sox hat who was super nice and friendly.

Probably one of the worse Dunkin’s in CT, they literally get your order wrong ever time. How do I hand over a post it note with what I want and it still comes out wrong!? The instructions don’t get any clearer than what you’re reading on the post it note. Definitely need staff that know how to read an order correctly.

I usually come here as the quality is more consistent compared to other location in Southbury. Here the workers typically know what their doing and ring you out correctly, but last time I ordered a nutty pumpkin ice coffee medium with Espresso shot, she charged me 9.00 something. I already called and complain to Dunkin Donuts, but she told me prices went up and it was due to inflation.

Worst place and bad service. Slow and full of airheads walking behind each other. And the women behind the counter walks by looking at them like a ding dong. Just came in for a toasted bagel that took 16 minutes to be prepared. Just lost another loyal customer.
