I ordered online and when I picked up I was missing the bread sticks that I ordered. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for them. My pizza was the wrong crust too. I wasn’t waiting to have the whole ordered cooked again so I didn’t even complain about the pizza. Employee wasn’t very helpful!

Placed an order my husband went to pick it up. The employee was using no gloves, wiping his face and then touching food to make the pizzas. One of the marinaras fell on the floor for my breadsticks and he picked it up and then still put it in the bag with my breadsticks after the container was on the floor. Will never come back

Last three times I called and placed order the pizza was ready when I got there which is great. But the place is dirty and dark, staff rude and impatient, and I always can’t wait to get out the door. The food has been good which is what keeps me going back.

Julie is the person who took my to go order. Attitude from beginning to end. Right after I order I wanted to cancel something and she refused by saying it was in the oven. How? I just ordered. She just wanted to be mean. I even told her you don’t need to be nasty towards me. I said the other manager was nicer to me than you were. Then she went in the back to make my food. Guaranteed spit or poison in it. We won’t be eating it. What a waste of $30. I was going to leave a cash tip but no, I’m good. I’m done dealing with Pizza Hut.

My order took 2½ hours to get to my house which is 5 minutes from the store. It took an hour to make the order and an hour and a half to deliver which we paid extra to have it delivered. I’m guessing since it took so long to get it that explains why the pizza was cold and the crust on every pizza was hard and stale. The sauce on the wings turned into an oily mess and no one ate them. We also upgraded (paying extra) one of the pizzas to a pan pizza but received a hand tossed instead. Based on this experience we will never order from this pizza hut again! If I could have given them less than 1 star I would have.
