Definitely a downhill dine-in experience than what Pizza Hut used to be back in the 2010s. There is only counter service, they don’t have plates and we were given paper towels you’d usually find in the bathroom instead of napkins. Service to order was slow, but food only took about 15 minutes to come out. Not sure if Pizza Hut just tasted way better 15 years ago because I was a kid, or if it was actually better back then… food was just “meh”. $32 for a large pepperoni stuffed crust pizza with two Pepsi Zeros. I don’t feel the food quality matched the price. A bit nostalgic, but a bit of a disappointing experience.

When we entered there was a very unpleasant smell and it was very humid, the bathrooms were extremely disgusting like they are never cleaned, the tables are also dirty and as we were ordering, three woman came out of the kitchen looking very un neat in their pjs I’m not sure if they worked there but either way it’s still weird that workers would work in their pjs. NO ONE in the kitchen was wearing gloves or hairnets, the guy making the pizzas also had no gloves or hair net and was on his phone while making the pizzas so that was pretty unsanitary….. there was this lady who’s attitude wasint the best to be honest and she kept scolding the little kids that where with us for the smallest reasons. I was wondering why the place was completely empty but now I know why.

The restaurant was freezing and only had little space heaters. They took forever to bring our food. Were very disorganized. The food was phenomenal though.

This location has been the most consistent Pizza Hut lately. And I will continue to order from them as long as they keep up the quality! They knocked my Detroit style Pizza out of the park the last time I ordered! I was thoroughly pleased!

overall experience was good but the service wasn’t that great our food was delivered without silverware and napkins and our pizza had to be recut it is very dirty in here and dosent seem like it gets cleaned to often

Hard to mess up pizza. Unless you dont put parchment paper in the pizza box and completely soak the bottom and the box with pizza grease. Come on man thats literally the first thing you do when you open the pizza box lol you put the parchment paper down. They seem super understaffed. Got one person going back and forth between touching money and making pizza. Wouldn’t wanna hire adequate help though, that would be all bad. That would hurt the owners bottom line. Instead you get wet pizza boxes and you will like it!

I used to go to the pizza hut on Cape Horn Rd because it is closer to where I live, but they have been slacking on their pizza game. I gave them three chances, and in those three times that I had gone, all of my pizzas were burnt for some reason. Ever since then, I have always came to this Pizza Hut on Mount Rose Ave and I never had any issues. Pizzas are always superb, and so is their customer service. Definititely worth the extra 5 minute drive!! Keep up the good work!

LITERALLY THE WORST!!!!
Door Dash driver lied and said he handed it to me and never showed up. I called and after speaking to 4 different FOREIGNERS THAT BARLEY SPEAK ENGLISH Iwas finally connected with the store. They remade the order then the second guy got lost and my food was cold and old. Not only that but the pizza didn’t even have all my toppings on it. WHAT IS GOING ON???? Pizza Hut used to be so good. Now you can’t even go in the restaurant and sit down. Talk about burning your business to the ground. WOW! I WANT A REFUND!!!!!! THE STORE SAYS I HAVE TO CALL CORPORATE! Unbelievable!
