Fast and well priced. Good vibe, place is clean, staff was good. Good variety, especially for non major metro area. May actually be the best chain for ayce bbq in sub urban area. I find their seaweed bibimbap quite pleasing.
The sushi was the only underwhelming thing.

We went there for the all you can eat lunch. The personal were friendly and the food was good. We had all you can eat lunch for 30 and there were a good selection of food available. Good options for meat. The service was fast. Overall positive experience and worth the price.

When I visited with my brother, who has severe autism and can be quite sensitive to changes or confusion, we took a moment to clarify the dining format with staff before continuing. They were consistent, patient, and applied the policy the same way to everyone at the table, which we actually appreciated. Clear boundaries tend to make things smoother for both guests and staff.
AYCE structures are generally table-based, and consistency is often what ensures fairness across all parties.

Great service! Great atmosphere! We dined in Niku Niku as first time customers. We ordered a lot and were perfectly indulged. Great quality meats , seafoods, sushi, and tempura were served. Staffs were professional and fast. It was a great experience and will come back in the future.

Good selection of different cuts of meats and marinades. Overall decent selection of meats and cooked food. Everything came out quickly. The sushi was a bit of a disappointment as it came with mayonnaise all over it. The grill setup isn’t the greatest in comparison to other bbq spots as there isn’t much of an open flame and cutouts on the grill itself. Hard to say if we would eat here again, but it is worth a try. Came here with 8 people split among 2 tables and the service was great.

We came in for lunch and surprisingly they also offer the dinner option during that time. We had the lunch menu and find the meat flavors to be underwhelming. We ordered three different flavors of beef to see how they taste, they all taste the same. Same goes for the pork belly.
They have pretty good options for sides tho, we enjoyed their tempura options. I hope they can work better with the meat flavors as they have good options.
We’ll definitely give this another try and will go for dinner menu next time.

Finally got around to trying Niku Niku, the new ACYE Japanese BBQ in downtown Hamilton. The atmosphere was lively without the typical smoky smell you’d get at most Japanese style bbq places. Fast and friendly service – the food comes out super quick once you place your order. All of the beef options were tasty, some of the highlights were the short ribs and the king mushrooms. The table doesn’t feel overwhelming even with the plethora of food waiting to be grilled.
The grill itself cooks nicely without needing any replacement (we were cooking on it for around 30 minutes). Would have loved some more hot sauce/condiments at the table but will definitely be back!

Good selection of mostly quality meats and dishes. There were only two dessert options though.
Another positive for me is that the meat options are not chili marinated.
The value for money is decent but again the atmosphere is amazing as is the service. Would recommend the venue for social outings.
Lunch review:
Was first customer to walk in. Told that the AYCE section of their restaurant is unavailable until dinner section which starts at 4pm. They also do not accept reservations for the AYCE during the soft launch period.
I sat down at a booth table which was pretty comfortable. The Atmosphere was also good, and the music was not too loud.
I ordered an unagi bento ($20.99), which does not come with miso soup. Took approximately 10-15 minutes to come out. Portion sizing is mediocre. Did not come with miso soup. Eggs were cold and the egg white was a bit runny. Unagi was tough to cut through with chopsticks and oversauced and sweet. Other side dishes were alright but were obviously also cold. Taste was alright but not exceptional. The bento lacks a certain balance between the hot and cold dishes and for the time waited and pricing, I would not order this specific dish again.
To end off with a positive not the customer service was excellent.
P.S credit card payments will also incur an additional 2.4% (I think)

Came here for my birthday. Good selection of meats and vegetables. Some AYCE grills are very lacking in vegetables, good enough here. Good exhaust, reminds me of Takumi where it isn’t super smokey. Order via iPad.
Wife approved of it over Spring grill. Sushi is lacking and only solo. No free refill sodas. Service very quick though and we got everything we asked for promptly.

The food and hospitality here are fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for more delicious food. This is hands down the best all you can eat asian grill I’ve ever been to. feels like I’m back in Asia eating their delicious street food. Definitely recommend it if you visit the city.
