I left that Pizza Hut not merely fed, but transformed like a pilgrim who has glimpsed something sacred in a cardboard jawn.

Would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. The gentleman at the front counter gave me a weird vibe and actually made me uncomfortable.. also watched the guy make my order and he never put gloves on or washed his hands.

This location sucks! Do not order from them if your hungry or want Pizza Hut! Ordered at 805pm was told they don’t have delivery drivers and they use DoorDash. But could take my order. Placed an order, asked for eta of when it you’ll be delivered was told they didn’t know because DoorDash would pick up the order. Fast forward 845 pm kids are starving and want pizza call the location and get disconnected then call back to be transfer to the department that handled orders???? On hold another 15 minutes! Called door dash with this crazy story and they help me get to Pizza Hut corporate- hopefully I’ll get my refund and they fire this staff of dopes! What the hell os this pizza they gave us- not a fully cooked pan pizza …. Idiot’s 935 pm store calls and says your pizza has been sitting here for an hour in a half do you still want to wait? DoorDash didn’t pick up….
Meanwhile we called DoorDash 854 placed a new order and got it by 920!

So nice to find a real sit down Pizza Hut. We love Pizza Hut because it’s always the same coast to coast. We’ve been coming to PH over 40 years. It’s getting harder and harder to find a sit down PH. A big treat to take the grandkids. Service was good and food is always reliable.

I remembered why I stopped getting delivery from this Pizza Hut. This is the second time they have passed it off to DoorDash and it arrives half an hour later than promised (a problem when on the job) and room temperature.

Store is now under new management, and I can definitely tell! I had a great experience with the new General Manager Kelli! She was very friendly and helpful and showed me my food before I left, and it tasted as great as it looked! Great experience and can’t wait to return! Thank you, pizza hut, on Paxton St Harrisburg!

It’s only getting worse. Ordered a large three topping original pan. Paid extra for the crispy crust going even going as far as to request it be made well done. The pizza arrived undercooked. Half of it was supposed to be ham half of it was supposed to be pepperoni, literally three slices were just ham.
I wasn’t going to write a review because we ended up eating it, but I am so tired of ordering food and having it come out at such a low quality! Things are too expensive to just accept subpar food from places making millions of dollars.
It’s a never-ending cycle of poorly paid workers making poorly made food and, as always, the consumer is the one who ultimately ends up bearing the burden of the backlash.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.. This place needs real help with training the employees. 5 to 6 people in the kitchen and still couldn’t keep up with the orders. Then you got one female model that did nothing but stare at the food and yawn the whole entire time of my wait. Acting like there wasn’t any work to be done.. she should get fired.. all I know is that. This place should just close down. With the amount of customers that walked out and left. They must be throwing more food than selling cause people got tired of waiting.. Never again will I order here..
