You are better off doordashing. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They never put our order in but charged our account. Kept telling us we called the wrong Pizza Hut, but there is only one location in mechanicsburg. If you want pizza go to a mom and pop shop, this place won’t be around long. The 1 star review is only bc I couldn’t put a 0 start review into this joke of a company. I’m sure corporate wouldn’t approve of this. I used to work in a franchise company and this place needs erased.

This place years ago decided to hold my pizza and not send it nor call me to tell me it was not veing sent so i gave it a one star. It is the closest place that delivers my pizza so when we started ordering again they made my food. Not sure what happened but I am now giving a 5 star because every time I order I get my food fast, hot and have no problems anymore. Thank-you pizza hut for making my pizza meals good again.

The pizza we ordered was hard as a rubber it was ordered for my 2.5 yrs old son who loves pizza poor little guy was bummed so was i. Went bought a frozen pizza from giants for the fraction of the price. They somehow rerouted my order through door dash without even letting me know so I had to pay more price for something that wasn’t even edible . Avoid this establishment if you want quality product and honest business. Not to mention employees here are kind of rude.

I called to place an order, started to ask about pricing, and the guy just hung up on me. Guy needs to be fired. Maybe that’s why I ordinarily buy frozen. I’ll be sticking with Digiorno’s from now on – just $5 for a triple meat rising crust pizza. How does Pizza Hut stay in business? And my oven is 100% reliable.

The new employees should be train better. I was a loyal customer of Pizza Hut even though there were many other pizza restaurants around me. But every time I picked up my order and I asked for the marinara sauce for the bread sticks which it was never included in the order, but the employees were nasty about giving some out for my order. The employee was smashing on the bread sticks box to see if I was lying about there wasn’t any sauce in there. After all he opened the order and there was no sauce in there then he went and grabbed me some with an attitude. Then the manager came out and asked him what was wrong then he said, ” Oh there was no sauce in the order.” Very rude and unpleasant to the customers. Look up to CHIK FIL A and apply how their employees serve their customers. Very disappointed with the way employees got trained here!

Pizza is always what I expect which is decent. Although everytime I have ordered that I can remember my delivery instructions have never been followed. This has ranged from greeting me at the door after calling me (requested contactless) to texting me when I specify to ring the doorbell (phone was unavailable).
