Buffet is back. Small but well worth it. Pizza came out hot and plenty of choices of pizza. Both type of bread sticks also. Cinnamon and there were the regular oness with sauce. Clean and well staffed. Staff was great and did cater to all of our needs. Great job and keep the buffet please.

I ordered the Family Pasta Pair & 2 personal pizzas for delivery. It’s a $4.95 delivery charge, NOT including the driver’s tip. The food was good and made to order. The sauce with the pastas is too sweet. Corporate needs to decrease the sugar in that recipe. Delivery was quick and friendly. A good meal when you just need to get something to eat. We get delivery from this Pizza Hit maybe every other month.

While I love Pizza Hut and get great service I can’t give 5 stars simply because of the prices. They have gotten really expensive. I just spent $62 for just 2 pizzas with delivery and tip! I can go to little ceasers and get 5 for that price. I guess they don’t have their own delivery anymore because every time I order thru their app it ends up getting delivered by DoorDash when I didn’t order thru DoorDash. The food is always delicious. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive. That’s why I barely order because when I do it is a treat.

We ordered a big dinner box tonight with two pizzas, breadsticks, and wings. My husband went to pick up the order at the store, and when he returned home, we found that there were no wings in the box. I called to alert the store of this mistake and find a solution, and the lady on the phone was extremely quick to ask my address and tell me a driver was on the way. The driver arrived very quickly and was extremely apologetic, taking personal ownership of the mistake. He even made us a fresh batch of wings so they would be hot. We know people make mistakes, but to see such ownership and the act of going above and beyond to fix the issue is not often seen. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Carlisle Pizza Hut. You have earned our continued business.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. Came without pepperoni. When I called the restaurant I got hung up on. Also the wings weren’t done completely. My son ended up throwing up due to the under cooked chicken. All around a horrible experience.

Ordered just shy of $50 worth of pizza on 10/02/2023. They literally delivered us raw pizza. I’m not even exaggerating. How does a place that specializes in pizza not know how to cook a pizza?

The fool was horrible the chicken wings are so small that from the egg to the chicken wing it must be only weeks and they do not have their own delivery they use GrubHub and on top of it I only got four drumsticks and the rest flaps out of 20 rings it didn’t even come in a hot bag it came off the passenger seat with the last 20 bucks cheeks that was on that passenger seat I am so done with Pizza Hut it’s the worst pizza of chain out of all of them
