We hadn’t had Pizza Hut pizza for years. My husband decided we’d try a Pan Pizza. I downloaded app, ordered Pan pizza with sausage and pepperoni on same 1/2, other 1/2 just cheese. It said 20″. We live nearby so I figured I’d go over and wait in parking lot until I got text that it was ready. We usually order Little Caesars and I wrongly assumed there would be a new text. But I waited and finally went inside. When my husband opened it, he asked what it was. It was flat, the sauce stopped at least 1″ around, from edges, it was overcooked and no. sausage. I thought it might still taste good, but it didn’t. I admit to not realizing all messages would appear in original confirmation text, but I don’t think it got like that from being in warmer.

I’ve used these pizza hut a couple of times everytime they overshoot there delivery estimates by a good 30 minutes to a half hour. Today I placed an order and a doordash driver called me to tell me they were out of stuffed crust, I didn’t even order through door dash mind you, the store itself said they were too busy to call me and wouldve literally just let me believe I was going to get my pizza. I love pizza hut but this is by far the worst ive ever used.

Every time I call this Pizza Hut, if they answer their phone and start asking questions, they always put me on, hold, then they hang up on me. I’m so over dealing with this pizza hut.They’ve most definitely gone downhill. They most definitely need new employees

I hate to post this because I always loved Pizza Hut but this one has gone downhill since all of the original employees left or got fired. Freezing cold restaurant, no servers, pizza was cold and the service was atrocious. I asked to speak to a manager and a young girl said she was the shift manager and apologized, but I can see this Pizza Hut closing soon if something doesn’t change.

Got the $2 lunch pan personal pizzas. Despite some rude customers, the cook handled it very well. I waited 15 minutes past promised time, but I didn’t complain I saw how crazy busy they were. I did however receive the wrong order. I will order again, maybe perhaps not at noon time. But overall , not disappointed, the employees were professional and apologized for the inconvenience.

1.Door says store open until 12am, however they don’t post dinning room closes at 9…
2. The menu has NO PRICES on it so I guess you pay whatever??? Must change depending on how much business they get that day???
3. Both older guys working there looked confused and possibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol…The man that approached us at counter after laughing at us was very unprofessional and rude…

Placed my order at 5:46 on the website, was given a time to pick up in 45 minutes, we waited and watched the order tracker, and in the 45 minutes, it updated to “your order is ready.” Went in to no one at any of the tables, but about 15 people by the counter, and everyone seemed aggravated. The lady at the counter canceled her order and walked out. When I finally got to the counter, was told our order hadn’t even been started yet. Was told that there were 20 or so orders backed up and that they could still make my order but couldn’t give me any time when it might be ready. I canceled my order too. I couldn’t tell if the guy at the counter was just overwhelmed or had just given up by that point. Not sure who the manager is, but this definitely isn’t the way to run a restaurant. Years ago, every table and booth could be filled and service was excellent. Sadly this isn’t the case anymore. I definitely won’t be going back here.

Messed up my salad multiple times, I ordered the zesty Italian. First no meat or croutons at all, then no croutons. I gave up after the 2nd time asking for a correction. We were the only table and it took forever to get the waitress to help. Then they proceeded to charge full price despite the mistakes AND charged my card multiple times. Also when I asked for a to-go container for my salad I was brought a pizza box.
