This is the first time in my 44 years of living
I didn’t have to pull my pizza apart. For the service and atmosphere, “Horrible” but I’ll let that pizza speak for this place. That pizza said it was inspected by DC. So the cook and the inspector DC is in on passing this pizza off to a paying customer. I called the next day the supervisor assured me that she seen this post also this is the new way of cutting the pizza. She said the higher ups want the pizza cut all the way through. So now I’m going to have to speak with the higher ups.

Horrible customer service! I ordered delivery and they didn’t communicate at all to tell me they didn’t have a delivery driver. When I did show up they had the never to like they’re finally here when I could’ve been there if they had lmk they couldn’t deliver. Pizza wasn’t even in warmer or anything it was freezing and soggy egged I did get it. Do better jus disappointing and disgusting!

Decide to do carry out, the main guy there was awkward and overwhelmed. The dishwasher ran out front with headphones in yelling about his friend being there, main guy said they were gonna fire him and that they were also losing another employee. They messed up our pizza and had to recook it and the guy lied about it and said it was a canceled order that they made, ironic it had the same toppings as our and ours was supposed to be done 20 minutes earlier than it was. The 3 customers who came in while we waited were also crazy weird. One of the cooks came out to chase down the dishwasher who was out front being obnoxious. Lasty we ordered 2 orders of fries and got one container, when I told him he was like “yeah we put them together” okay well I ordered two separate orders, it’s for two separate people so why would they do that? Open the container and it was barely enough to call 2 orders. Nothing could bring me back to this location.

Used to be the best location. And I would tell the staff such information. I guess it went to their heads and they went downhill. Do not pay for extra cheese because you won’t get it. Do not go to this location if you want any type of modification. They are grotesque in their conduct and will purposely mess up your order. I was even directly in their face reciting the extra cheese request that was paid for and mentioned on the online order. No dice. So, I had to report them to the better business bureau, get a refund from the bank, and report them to the consumer affairs attorney. This is because the workers have smugged expressions on their faces knowing goodness well they made your order wrong. Fortunately, I got my order at another location and threw this order out. They didn’t even make the pizza right with the proper sauce at this location. I wouldn’t trust eating their food after their unprofessional conduct. They need to learn how to treat people better because you never know who you will be upsetting.
