Do you like topping on your pizza? Singular, not plural. A medium pizza had maybe half a dozen mushroom slices on the entire thing. Maybe. And that’s generous. I ordered and was charged for extra mushrooms also. Sure didn’t get it. So that was a waste of money. What about pepperoni? I had one pepperoni per slice. I’m not expecting mountains of toppings, but come on. If I pay for extra, get charged for extra… I WANT EXTRA. Then the texts from DoorDash. A partner delivery service. Making sure you get your food quickly. Yeah right. The first DoorDash driver drove nearby the store, then drove within a quarter mile of my house, drove around in various neighborhoods for a while… and then ended up DOWNTOWN. Can’t call the store to tell them nevermind since they can’t or won’t hire delivery drivers like every other pizza joint because you go to a central call system, then it rings the store, and after 6 rings you get a busy signal. Call won’t connect to the Dasher. Call won’t connect when you hit “help” in the DoorDash app link that Pizza Hut sends you. Can’t call the 201 number you got the text from. You can’t reach anyone. I was ready to reverse the charges on my card the next day. (The second Dasher, the one that actually delivered my order, was fast, friendly, prompt, and actually cared about what he was out there doing.) Needless to say it took just under 2 hours to receive the poorest excuse for “pizza” that I have ever seen. Cold, very few toppings, cooked very weird, from a restaurant where if they handed me a pizza that was sitting under the dumpster out back for a week, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. EVER. Complete waste of time and money.

I placed a order through the pizza hut app for my kids. i got directed that doordash would be delivering my food. I get a call from a dd driver stating employees of pizza hut let somebody take my food and it has already been picked up. Me confused, calls pizza hut it took 5 calls for somebody to finally answer. The supervisor claims somebody took the food an he doesnt know what happen they will make it again. Its now a hour later and 3 drivers later. I get a message from Doordash stating my order was cancelled. I call pizza hut again bc i didnt recieve my money back he states he doesnt know whats going on he is by hisself. gave me a supposedly credit towards a future purchase which doesnt help bc again my kids are out of food. I couldnt receive my food on time so my kids could not eat. Never order from here unless you like games being played, your food and your time played with.

I placed an order directly through Pizza Hut’s app. The third party delivery driver informed me that they didn’t have 2 out of the 4 items we ordered, so we essentially spent over $40 to not get half of our order. The store refuses to answer the phone, and I’ve contacted Pizza Hut directly, who said they would have the store reach out to me. Over a week and still no response. Unacceptable customer service doesn’t even begin to describe it!

Absolutely trash. Breadsticks had no dust at all and pizza was sauce less frisbee. They blew the cheese out of the stuffed crust and didn’t even cut the pizza through at all.

I did have it delivered which was fine. But the pizza overall the crust was seem to be a little undone. And as far as toppings I had gotten mushroom and pepperoni and it it was almost like one piece of mushroom and one pepperoni for each slice. I got two pizzas and 12 wings and it cost me $80 it horribly horribly disappointing. They were also two large pizzas.

Ok so we tried out the big dinner box at pizza hut in Monroeville on William Penn highway, I have to say it was really delicious all the employees were awesome. I also asked for our wings to be well done and that’s just what they did with no problem at all our wings were so delicious, to be honest everything was delicious thank you Pizza Hut from the Taylor family, our movie night was awesome, keep up the hard work and thank you again see you soon …

Not sure what happened to classic Pizza Hut pan pizza. Crust was thin, no flavor, cheese and sauce not to edge of crust. Sauce thrown on so some slices had no sauce while others has sauce gooped at the “edge”. Cheese burnt on one half of pizza. No quality of ingredients that I usually expect with Pizza Hut pizza and no pride of making a simple pizza correctly. Threw half of pizza in the trash. Will not be returning to Pizza Hut again.

These guys forgot a 2 liter we ordered, which wouldn’t typically be a big deal. However, they fulfill through a third party instead of having their own driver, which made figuring out how to let them know incredibly difficult. I’ve emailed the manager multiple times (Ted Opalka) and he said that there would be a credit placed twice. It’s still not there.
I guess the TLDR is that they’ll “forget” to give you items and then never credit you for them.

Uh yeah… IT’S CHEESY!!! This was the best pizza I’ve had in a really long time. The delivery time was insanely fast too and the pizza was scolding hot. Idk what they’re doing over there but keep it up!
