Never sure if a new spot will be good. Happy to say, this place was great. Food was spot on and service was fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised with the layout. There was not a sea of 2 top tables one on top of the other. Very comfortable dining experience that exceeded expectations.

I moved to Oxford 6 years ago when I married my Husband, a born & raised Oxfordian. 🙂 I have been to every single restaurant in Oxford. This restaurant is BY FAR the BEST in town. Actually, it is the best place I’ve EVER been to. The closest a restaurant has been to being this amazing is Flight in Memphis, TN. It is very similar in many respects. I love the location, building, decor, ambiance, menu, staff…literally everything! I absolutely loved the Wedge Salad, Cheese Platter, and Cucumber Mint ( ? ) or maybe it was the Lemon Drop ( ? ) Julep signature drink. I can’t remember, I just know it was perfection ! So light & refreshing & cool. I have never found anything close to replicating it. 🙁 Upon discovering this gem, I decided to try it that very same evening, and afterwards, my Husband and I ( NO EXAGGERATION) used to have dinner & drinks here 2-4 times per week, every week, for roughly a year until it closed for remodel. Once I heard that the plan was a rooftop bar, I knew that addition would be just the right thing to take this place from 5 Stars to 10 Stars. Since the day it closed for remodeling, I have been waiting patiently until I can go to the rooftop bar on summer nights & drink my favorite drink in this world again while having a romantic date night with my Husband. I don’t regret a penny of the roughly $1,000 to $1,200 a week for a solid year that I spent here. The staff was really just excellent in every aspect of service. The food was always amazing. I have never seen any other restaurant that had this level of excellence in every category. The staff was professional, elegant, knowledgeable and yet somehow simultaneously down to Earth. Please hurry and reopen. P. S. I’m absolutely tickled to pieces reading the responses from the Owner to the “ drunk group “ and their reviews. I’m happy to see an Owner who respects their staff, and is willing to put drunk & belligerent Karen’s in their rightful places. The Applebees comment had me in tears! 🙂

Customer service so good, that if the food was bad ..I’d still come back. Food so good, that if the customer service was bad..I’d still come back! Seriously, our server (I think her name was marissa, sorry if that’s not her name) was so friendly and accommodating for our large party. Our party included young children, which I know is a servers nightmare, and the entire staff was just fantastic. The food was 10/10. We will definitely be recommending to friends, and coming again soon!

Upstairs atmosphere is unbelievably poor. The upstairs area has red Dollar General type curtains that are held up by zip ties, accompanied by Walmart-like lamps and decor. Sporadic service, took over one hour from the first person in our party of ten receiving their food to the last person. Drinks that were ordered took over one hour to receive in some cases. Two of my friends got food that they couldn’t even eat. When three individuals in our party addressed the female manager (working the evening of 2/27/2021) she blew the experience off. As a group of adults who had driven in from all over the state for a reunion, this was a disappointing experience to say the least.

Tuesday night is couple’s night and the food was awesome. Service was great! We had a few nats flying around our table. Otherwise the experience was good. The resturant was really clean with a nice ambience.

Good location. The atmosphere is ok. Really didn’t understand the theme. Music sounded like they were going for a old Hollywood theme with Frank Sinatra music in background but the decor ( art/light fixtures)didn’t match no anything.

We were here for admitted student day and it was my daughters 18th birthday. Amazing dinner – the flight of creme brûlée is something we will never forget. Memories were made – now we wait for her decision. Hope we get to visit this restaurant again!
