Either Google or this establishment deleted/hid my review. Guess they don’t want their customers to know the harsh reality they can expect from this place. Guess what! You can’t hide the truth and I will keep reposting! People have a right to know what they are spending their hard earned money on. Delete my post again and I’ll post everywhere and anywhere I can.
Ordered pickup tonight, and got the worst food ever.
If the attached pictures don’t speak for themselves I don’t know what will. Don’t be mistaken, the photographed food has not been sitting out on a table for two weeks. They were taken within 15 minutes of picking up the order. Yeah… I know. It’s that bad.
I got the Big New Yorker, a Meat Lover’s melt, and a double order of bread sticks. All of the items were drier than the desert during a drought. That’s a level of dry that even a cactus would shake its head at.
The worst part is that the employee had the audacity to package this food and hand it to me with a straight face, when they knew very well what garbage they packaged up.
As someone that worked in the food industry for years, I can almost guarantee that this food was left at the end of the oven’s conveyor for at least 5-10 minutes after it was finished. It honestly took that long for anyone to acknowledge my presence, which means my food was probably getting destroyed as I stood there, in a cramped lobby, next to a delivery driver with entirely too much cologne on.
Honestly, it should’ve been immediately thrown away and remade. I would have much rather waited another 15 minutes for correctly made food instead of being sent on my way with the trash I received. And that’s exactly where it went, right where it belonged, the trash. I guess it cuts costs on their end if they send the garbage home with their customers. Got to pinch pennies where you can, when management is actively driving the business into the ground.
Ultimately, I will never go back to this location. Now I sit here hungry and annoyed.
All I hope for is that my rant can help make the next potential customer make an informed decision, to avoid this location at all costs. This place has forever ruined my childhood Pizza Hut nostalgia.

I knew better than to order Pizza Hut instead of Dominos. The pizza is severely undercooked, it’s straight dough. The cheesy breadsticks… WHAT cheese? Do not order from this Pizza Hut. Save your money. No wonder these places are closing left and right.

I ordered pizzas for a birthday party to be delivered at 2pm, at 135pm I got a phone call from them saying they cancelled the order because they could not complete the order due to “unforeseen circumstances”. They said they were not going to open until 230 for some reason. They had zero care about the fact that they cancelled on me so late and didnt even offer to make it a little late. They did not inform their delivery service, doordash, that they cancelled the order so they were calling me about the order. I had to frantically call other places to get pizza.

The most disgusting boneless chicken wings I have ever tasted and it was super pricy. It cost me $51 for 44 chicken wings Nuggets that are absolutely tasted horrible and absolutely overpriced, and I got stomach ache after I ate it. Do not order boneless chicken wings from here. Not worthy.

The worst pizza Ive had in a while. I was trying to go for nostalgia and ordering a Pan Pizza. It arrived as hand-tossed, cold and doughy. Of course, Uber won’t do anything about it. Just gross.

Multiple bad experiences with food quality in past. Decided to give them another chance – mistake. Should have taken pictures. Ordered extra cheese, and as with all previous experiences, didn’t even get what would be considered a regular amount of cheese. For $2.35 I could have stopped by Giant Eagle down the road and bought 2 freaking cups of cheese to put on the pie!!! Done, done, done. Will NEVER waste my hard earned money on this location again. I mean seriously, how hard is it? Customer orders extra cheese and pay two and half bucks for it and you can’t grab a couple handfuls and throw it on there? Done. Will pay the extra money for Danny’s down the road or ANYBODY else. Done. Did I mention I was done ordering from this location? Done. Done.

First off, I just wanna say my frustration is not with the workers at the Pizza Hut or the food itself. Joel was cool and helpful. My frustration is primarily with the corporate decision to use door dash delivery.
Story
I order pizza from this location via the Pizza Hut app around 5:30pm. The app said the estimated delivery time was 6:09pm. At 6:45pm still no pizza and the app said the door dash driver was still waiting to pick up the order but that seemed weird, so I called the store and the worker said that door dash had picked it up already. I push a bit and got him to say it had happened 15 minutes earlier.
At 7:30pm…still no pizza. I called Pizza Hut back and the worker was cool. He remade the order and apologized for the wait. So that’s appreciated.
While waiting I talked to door dash customer support via their app and was able to get them to refund the service fee / tip. A guy from door dash called me and I asked for some sort of compensation since their service failed so hard. Ultimately he decided there wasn’t going to be any compensation. The logic was that we only used their partner services and not the Door Dash app directly.
In the end the first order never came. It seems like the Door Dasher just stole our order and peaced out. The second replacement order did end up coming around 8:30pm, 3 hours after placing the original order.
I really hate that Pizza Hut outsources delivery to Door dash because your delivery can just fall into a black hole and finding accountability is really tough. I think I may be done ordering from Pizza Hut.

Shift lead literally made me cry and never want to pizza ever again in life. Told me it was my fault they got my phone number wrong and the pizza never came. Hung up the phone on me. And yeah I was pissed when I called because it was an hour later and it wasn’t even on its way because I guess Pizza Hut doesn’t have caller id ?? Idk if this lady like OWNS that Pizza Hut but like make your customers happy!!! Who cares if you gotta credit a pizza that got messed up ! Instead you blame the customer and act like a die hard for Pizza Hut, grow up. SO THEN after hanging up on me you send some poor door dasher out with food you never made clear you were sending ? The only thing you’re leading is that place into the ground.
