After having the exact same issue for last 4+ times I’ve ordered food from here; it’s time to put them on blast for it especially since there’s no remorse from the staff for the same mistake being repeated. At this point; I feel like it’s being done on purpose. I’ve given this restaurant too many chances. Each one of the last 4 plus times I have ordered lately; I ordered wings and EACH TIME; THEY WERE MISSING OR THE INCORRECT AMOUNT WAS SENT. I’ve had pickup order and it’s the same issue. I’ve had delivery order and it’s the same issue. And each time I call them, all I get is a lame apology and an offer to have the missing food redeliver. Today, my order had 2 order of 12 piece wings (24) and another 8 piece. While picking up the order; staff assured my brother the 24 piece wings was together in one container. Him believing them; he didn’t count it. Got home and realized they only gave him the 1 of the 12 piece. Called them just to hear the same lame apology as always after they realized they didn’t take an extra 5 seconds to make sure a customer order was right. Won’t be purchasing here anymore. Cause at this point, it feels like the restaurant is trying to swindle you out of the pricier item like wings; CAUSE ITS ALWAYS THE WINGS!

Ordered uber eats and my entire order was wrong. I love pizza hut and have never had an issue with this location but when I order wings honey bbq and they come garlic parm and then I order a personal pan pizza and it comes as your new flatbread pizza sad to say I’m pissed. Totally forgot my ranch too. My entire order was wrong. Totally disappointed and will never order uber eats from this location again.

Order pizza 3 months ago and just ordered pizza on 12/12/25. Went to go track the order about 10min later it said it was delivered on the tracking app call the store twenty minutes after the guy goes just leaving the store now what’s the point happening at tracking app If they just click delivered before leaving the store. Guy on the phone rude.

It’s not everyday that you actual get what you order! Everything was delicious! Service was quick, friendly, and they nailed my order. If you’re craving comfort food happiness in a box, Pizza Hut delivers every time. 10/10, would order again tonight! Location was clean! Happy to leave a review!

The wings are normally good decided to go with different flavor the BBQ wings, they were absolutely disgusting…it was barely any meat on the wings but they were blew up and a lot of skin and fat, the Alfredo was overcooked and dry as heck

It’s pizza hut in an area surrounded by actual quality pizzerias. We stopped because my child won a free personal pizza here at the library. She couldn’t even eat it because it the sauce had two much sugar in it. Go practicaly anywhere else for an upgrade.
