Need more workers. Pizza taste mediocre nothing special. Pizza used to be 5stars now more like 2 stars and the crust/doe is trash .personal pan taste alot better than regular size imo.

One star is too generous. I had a birthday party for children and made the mistake of ordering 2 pizzas from Pizza hut Hempstead . The pizza arrived TWO HOURS LATER AND VERY COLD. I was calling the store several times and the worker just said It was his first day and there was a problem…..but there was No problem to charge full amount!!!! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! DO YOURSRLF A FAVOR DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT HEMPSTEAD IF YOU DON’T WANT TO SEE YOUR CHILDREN CRYNG AND HUNGRY!!!

Said “hello” about 10 times. Didn’t get an answer until the 11th “hello”. One was texting on his phone. And the female put the phone on her ear as soon as I came in. She didn’t say one word on the phone. Just had it on her ear, to look “busy”

I haven’t been to a pizza hut in years. This one opened up not to long ago couple of blocks away from me. Pretty busy spot it’s only pick up few seats to sit if you ordered on the spot. I rather use the app why wait unless you dont mind waiting. The staff were quick and nice especially the guy running it was pretty polite. I got a large pie with chicken onions and peppers it was pretty good.

This place is the worst place to order from. They sent me a pizza with no sauce!!! Just dry bread wit cheese real disappointing. These are the type of place that do no care about their guest just they guest money sad I spent 40 dollars to only be able to eat a 8 dollar portion of it
