I ordered delivery & tracked it through the app. The delivery driver was on my road so I went outside. He was at the neighbors so I tried to flag him down but he went down the road to another house, got out the car got something out the passenger and then got back in. 45 mins & 3 store phone calls later. I found out he was on the way. When received, the food was not how I ordered it or what I paid for 1. What are these garlic knots ? & 2. I paid for extra of everything and didn’t even receive the bare minimum

I don’t order as often as I used to, times are tough and money is tight…
I just read through a LOT of reviews and I have to say that I have never had any issues or problems with employees, ordering or the food I received.
Any eatery that I’m still frequenting after 36 years without any issues MUST be doing something RIGHT!

Slow order — poor quality. I ordered via the app. When it said it was ready I went inside. I saw my pizza sitting at the “exit” of the oven. It sat for 15 minutes. It was marginal at best (see photo). Note the giant “bubble”

Dominos is running a promotion for spend so much you get a free pizza. But what they don’t tell you it’s either gotta be from from same store or online only. Im a truck driver and order from a store 2 hours from where I live and tried and redeem it. I was told it’s only good at that store or I had to do it online. I tried 4 times online and was informed it was an code that was not valid. So careful listen to commercials on tv. They are disceviing. Even had screen shot of code given and was told it was invalid when I tried calling it in. So…..

I was very sick but had a death in our close circle. Out of caution, I decided to order pizza instead. I should have chosen any other place in town. I ordered pizzas online, including a cheese one (so no obvious problems with cheese) but these pizzas came with no cheese. I was humiliated, when someone called to say there is no cheese on these pizzas. Wow! My grandson picked them up & delivered them so I had no contact (again I am sick). The really bad part is that I was sent a survey & answered honestly. I received a reply naming the manager & giving the local number, asking me to call her. It also explained the “no cheese” button & asked for me to call the manager & explain to see if there was anything she could do. Well apparently the manager doesn’t talk to ppl. I asked, the girl asked my name, I gave it, she asked what it was about. I explained that I was told to talk to the manager. She started that she would have to know what it’s about before she will come to the phone. So much for a “manager”, who refuses to manage. No customer service at all!! I politely told the girl that I would reply to corporate & for her to have a great day Worst mistake ever, complete waste of money. Who eats pizza with no cheese…..NOBODY! A true manager would have called to confirm this. Problem would have been solved!!! I would have done better & cheaper by ordering gas station pizza. People who know me, (a lot do), know I don’t bash it local business ever. But when the manager can’t even be bothered take a 2-minute phone call, that’s not a place we need in Alex City!!! Maybe some big city, but not in this small town. We still believe in friendliness & good customer service. Come on Alex City, this is completely unexceptable!!!!!

I visited this location on 10/25/24, understandably, it is a football Friday, and besides the delivery driver, there were two people working in the store. Understandable that they had a lot going on with very little help. What’s not understandable, is how you make an order online, pay for said order, drive 30 minutes to pick up that order, and have to sit in the car for almost 2 hours before getting out to see why it’s almost 11 and I don’t have an order made at 9:30. The manager did everything around serving me and a guy ahead of me, and he wasn’t very people oriented.

I try to order online 23 pizza for my customers for Christmas dinner for confirmation of time frame I call domino Alexander city they said they don’t find my order they advice to call Sylacauga domino. My order email showed up address pick up Alexande location but they denied my order. I call Sylacauga dominos in between Alexandercity dominos call me back and said we don’t have a sufficient material to make it your order we have lot order to make it . It will take 2 hrs and finely they canceled my order and I placed order Sylacauga dominos they ready my order 25 minutes. So I have very poor experience with Alexander city dominos this is second time they did with my orders big order they scared .
