I always go to this location to pick up my pizza and never had a problem but today’s experience was excellent. I called to order pizza and when I checked my order it wasn’t the right order. Instead of deep dish pizza it was thin crust. I spoke to Kevin & he was extremely helpful and made a new pizza with the right order. Very professional, helpful and we enjoyed it.

Hey I hate to be the one to spoil everyone’s fun here. I loved Pizza Hut ever since I was a kid. Easily my favorite over any competition. There’s nothing I love more than a large pepperoni and sausage pie. But…….at this particular place my experience shocked me to the core, so much so that I have actually put of eating out ever again! I walked in, ordered my personal pan pizza, the guy said ok 10 mins. As I sat for 15 I looked up and the guy who was the only worker in the whole entire place wasn’t behind the counter. Instead he was sitting in the dining area behind me with his legs crossed watching something on his phone. Now if this was the only offense I’d look away and keep going. But sad to say it was hard to turn my attention away from this seemingly comfortable employee lounging in the dining room, on his phone, and oh yea… playing with feet and toes with his bare hands. Sorry Pizza Hut, thank you for all the memories. But this one is life changing, I’m good.

First off completely got the order completely wrong. Second when we called the store the so called “supervisor” refused to correct the situation. Said he had to speak to his manager and gave us two fake names first “Kevin” and afterwards “Dan”. This franchise owner should be embarrassed by the incompetent team he has running his investment. Also FYI when they’re in the wrong they will not hesitate to hang up. Issue has been already escalated to corporate. Customer service is key to success and frankly for a franchise nonetheless this should be paramount in maintaining the image that your parent company would want to embody.
